Valadier Hotel

I have never had this bad experience before , hotel room services people are thieves the took my money from luggage and other stufff , and even from my other colleagues rooms I swear, It was my bad choice to choose

It's an interesting hotel?. Check-in was a little slow. And I had a few issues with my room, ultimately, they changed me to another room and made it right. It's also quite warm and here it doesn't seem like the thermostat works. It's possible that it just runs on a timer. Which, by the second day I figured out a little better. My first room wasn't really that great. The second room was a major upgrade. Maybe for all the inconveniences. I ended up leaving happy

I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by my experience at Hotel Valadier. After leaving the hotel, I realized that I had accidentally left a shopping bag in my room. I paid over $100 to have my taxi return to the hotel specifically to retrieve it. I was told that the head of housekeeping and another employee entered the room, retrieved my bag, and brought it downstairs for me. When the bag was returned to me, my mother’s Louis Vuitton perfume that had been inside was missing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. Guests should be able to trust that belongings left inside their rooms will be returned intact, especially when hotel staff personally retrieve those belongings.

The location of the hotel is very good, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of our stay. The room was extremely small, with barely enough space for the bed. It was even difficult to walk between the bed and the wall. The biggest problem, however, was the noise at night. We stayed for three nights and, without exaggeration, we couldn’t sleep until around 3–4 a.m. on any of them because of extremely loud nightclub music. What surprised us most was that the noise was actually coming from inside the hotel itself. I think the hotel needs to decide whether it wants to operate as a hotel or as a nightclub. Guests book a hotel expecting to be able to sleep at night.
