As an American, this 4-star hotel is quirky, but after a little getting-used-to, an overall great experience. The front door is understated and hard to find the first time, but the staff recognized us looking lost and buzzed us in. It's just a small door right next to a restaurant. A porter met us on the ground floor and took our luggage, which was very nice. The front desk is up a flight of stairs and again, they explained everything well and were very friendly and led us to our room up some more stairs. The room was interesting because the shower was in the bedroom, not the bathroom. The bed was round, very comfortable and and large. Small for American 4 star standards, but to be expected in Rome. Fantastic location, friendly staff, comfy bed, quirky shower.

I don’t normally write reviews but I felt obligated to write one here. This was our first visit to Italy and had a great time overall. Pros: amazing location to see all the sights in Rome. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are very clean. Some rooms come with a view of ancient Roman ruins! Breakfast can be delivered to your rooms in the morning. Cons: I’m not sure if it’s because the building is old or not but the hot water has been inconsistent.This is concerning because we paid extra for a tub room. We couldn’t fill the tub with warm water some days. The price is great for central Rome. I wouldn’t book the tub room again. The hot water issues need to be addressed.

Although we stayed at Argentum Boutique Hotel & SPA, we had the opportunity to experience the hospitality of Torre Argentina Relais. The hotel kindly allowed us to store our luggage before departure and gave us access to facilities such as the beautiful rooftop terrace, which was a wonderful place to relax. A special thank you goes to Jones, who provided exceptional service throughout our visit. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests were truly outstanding. He made us feel welcome despite not being overnight guests at the property, reflecting a very high standard of hospitality. Employees like Jones make a lasting impression and are a great asset to any hotel. Thank you to the entire team for your generosity and excellent service.

Fabulous Hotel! This hotel is nestled in the heart of Rome and near the Pantheon. Great location as easy to walk to the Coliseum, Pantheon and other sites! The staff are most courteous and the breakfast was so good! We had plans to go out and eat breakfast each day, but theirs is fantastic and we decided to eat here. Rooftop is nice!! Very clean, exceptional room service. Highly recommend and we would stay here again!
