I wanted to let you know what excellent customer service we had at your hotel this evening. Maria was working the front desk and my husband and I did not stay at your hotel but it was getting late and both of our phones had died and we had no service. We asked if she could call us a cab as we had the address written down. She was so kind and offered us to have a seat and wait for our cab. Within minutes the cab arrived. I have worked in customer service for well over 30 years and you are lucky to have Maria.
The room was perfectly comfortable and clean. Great location, it is a good 10 minute walk from the Metro so be mindful with luggage. The area was busy because of the Vatican but it was safe and there is plenty to do, see, and eat. Great shower pressure, luggage storage available. They have breakfast but we didn't try it. I'd definitely stay here again.

Our experience started even before we arrived. While planning our family trip to celebrate our son’s 10th birthday, Francesco was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful in all our correspondence. His professionalism and warm attitude made us feel that we had chosen the perfect hotel.
When we arrived, the excellent hospitality continued. We also met Olga, who surprised our family with a thoughtful gift for our son. It was such a lovely gesture, and our children were absolutely delighted. Thank you, Olga, for making this birthday celebration even more special!
We would like to thank the entire hotel team for their kindness, excellent service, and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, the location was perfect, and every member of the staff made us feel at home.
We highly recommend TMark Hotel to anyone visiting Rome. Whenever we return to Rome, this will definitely be our hotel again!

The service at the Tmark was excellent. The evening desk lady allowed us to borrow an umbrella when it started to pour once we were heading to dinner. She also helped us learn several Italian words to use at the restaurant and in the city. The location was great since it was directly across from the Vatican museum. We also loved the Terrace at the top of the hotel. We were able to sit back and enjoy the view. The only draw back that we saw was that it was a little warm in the room and we opened up the windows to cool the room down.
Fantastic staff and location, though some minor utility hiccups
My wife and I recently spent 4 nights at the Tmark Hotel. The highlight of our stay was easily the staff; they were incredibly friendly, professional, and went out of their way to be accommodating.
The location is also unbeatable. It is within easy walking distance to all the major sites, which made exploring Rome very convenient.
We did encounter a few minor issues during our stay. In our original room, the thermostat was broken and the heat was stuck on a high setting. However, the staff handled this immediately and moved us to a different room without any hassle. Additionally, I found that the water in the shower never quite reached a high enough temperature for my preference, and there was no ice available on-site.
Despite those small technical inconveniences, the excellent service and perfect location made for a great stay. I would certainly recommend it for the hospitality alone!
