Rooms small but normal for Europe. A little out of the way but easily managed by use of train/taxi. I would walk out (and downhill) in the am and return by taxi in the pm. Service was remarkable at both front desk and breakfast.

Fantastic Hyatt property. Clean, comfortable, and perfect location in Rome. They exceed Hyatt standards. Their roof top bar was beautiful, and their breakfast buffet was an unforgettable way to kick off our trip- it is a must if you are staying.
We stayed here for two nights a few weeks ago. This hotel definitely met our expectations. It is quiet, up to date on accommodations, and in a very good (central) location. The staff here were very professional and polite. Our room was small but met our needs. We were within walking distance to many of Rome's top attractions. We would absolutely stay here again!
Booked this for 3 nights because it was one of the few options in Rome I could use points at and overall the experience has been very sub par. We arrived around 3pm and were told that our room was not ready. No big deal, we went up to the rooftop bar to grab a drink and figured it would be fine as long as we were in the room an hour later to freshen up from the 12 hour flight before we went out for the evening. After an hour we went down to check the status of our room and were told that our room would not be ready for another 2 hours! They offered us a ground floor room if we wanted a room now and we accepted since we need to shower and not waste more time before going out. The room itself is okay, though there is a lot of noise from the lobby and the adjacent room. The bathroom is a disaster. The shower is missing multiple small tiles from the floor, there is a leak under the sink which soaked all the spare toilet paper, all around pretty terrible for what they are charging both in money or points. Overall the service has been quite bad. We had the sign up to ask for the room to be serviced and left at 8am. When we returned at 5 the room still had not been serviced and we had to go ask for towels and new toilet paper to replace the wet rolls. As we were coming in at 5, they were explaining to another couple that they room was not ready and they would need to wait in the lobby and the couple trying to check in was very frustrated. I try to be easy going, especially in a city like Rome where I am not going to be in the room much, but this is just too bad of a situation to not warn people about.
I stayed here 10 months ago. Meant to leave a review back then. Was just thinking about this hotel and realized I forget. One of my favorite travel experiences I have ever had. The room was top tier. One of the best nights of sleep I’ve ever had at a hotel. Beautifully furnished. Amazing shower! Staff were amazing. Breakfast was perfect, excellent spread. Took maybe 30ish minutes to walk to the trevi fountain, much shorter to taxi there. If you value a comfortable room in a stylishly furnished hotel, you should book here. 5/5 would gladly stay here again.
