We where in this hotel booked with agency , but would not recommend if you sleep is important to you, they let us to stay in the room where air condition wasn’t working correctly. 3 kids and we sweat all night also could not sleep all night as room temperature was higher than outside. When we made the complain direct to reception , we didn’t get an apology about it. Next night was fixed , but not 100% , but was ok and we could sleep. So next time for us decently this hotel is big NO . Agency contacted them same day , now about 5 days no answer, no apologise .

A wonderful 10-l night stay We stayed at this lovely hotel for a total of 10 nights, and I honestly cannot fault a single one of them. We arrived quite late on our first evening, but the team still gave us a warm welcome, helped us with our bags and made sure we were comfortably settled into our room. The room was pleasant, comfortable and provided everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was also perfect for our trip. Being so close to the train station made catching early-morning trains extremely convenient, while also making it easy to return to the hotel after late night journeys. This was a major advantage and made travelling around during our stay considerably less stressful. Breakfast each morning was fresh and offered an interesting variety. There were some unusual options, including spinach, peas and carrots, alongside more traditional breakfast favourites such as pancakes, bacon and sausages. There was plenty to choose from, and the food always seemed fresh and well prepared. A very special mention must go to Kaycee, who was incredibly sweet, welcoming and helpful. When we were considering travelling to Ostia for a day at the beach, she recommended Santa Marinella instead and she was absolutely right. We had a wonderful time there, so a huge thank you to Kaycee for such an excellent recommendation and for being so lovely throughout our stay. The hotel also handled a mistake with my booking exceptionally well. I had originally booked from 24 August until 2 September and only realised the error on the day we were supposed to check out. The team helped us resolve the situation and allowed us to remain in the same room, avoiding the inconvenience of having to move. I was extremely impressed by how understanding, accommodating and professional they were. The entire team made our stay enjoyable, and we will genuinely miss everyone. Thank you for looking after us so well during our time in Italy. We hope to return again sometime soon and would happily recommend this hotel to others.
The location is excellent and makes it easy to walk to all the major attractions. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and everything always felt fresh. As soon as you walked in, there was a wonderful, pleasant fragrance throughout the hotel, which made it feel even more welcoming. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. We also really enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was included in our package. It was a wonderful way to start each day. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
Loved this place and would gladly stay again. While it's not on the main drag if your looking to tour the vatican or the Spanish steps it has AC a safe to lock up valuables a flat screen tv and an elevator. They also offer a complimentary breakfast buffet daily until about 10am that was unlike anything I have ever seen. Eggs (scrambled and boiled), bacon, rice, fruits, salad, mozzarella cheese, various juices coffees and pastries. The room was just a bit larger than a cruise ship room but it was just what we needed. The staff was all incredibly nice, helpful and attentive as well. The one knock I have against it is the bathroom had a truly gross pull cord in the shower that I refused to touch. Please swap that out or bleach it. We also had dinner at one of their recommended local restaurants Diana's place it was a little on the bougie side and not the best I've ever had but it was all very yummy. We had the beef carpacio, candale with ragu, cavateli, 2 glasses of merlot, a semi fredo and an almond cake. Our total was roughly 111 euros.
Just spent 3 nights at this hotel, and had a very nice stay. Great location, within walking distance of most major tourist sites. Very friendly staff. It was surprisingly quiet for its location (busy area in a large city). Very clean. The beds are comfortable, and the room is a goid size. Good breakfast, with lots of options. I'm stingy with 5 star reviews (I think 5 star should mean something). If i could give half stars, i would have given this hotel 4.5 stars. So here are the reasons it didn't get 5 stars: the towels were a bit thin and scratchy, the pillows were quite thin, the coffee that came with the breakfast was not good. Very close to 5 stars, just not *quite* there.
