We stayed here for 4 nights, thought the hotel itself was well presented and staff seemed friendly. However on our second day of the trip I had noticed over €100 cash had been stolen from my personal bag, the cash was securely zipped away in my bag so would’ve had to have been looked through to be stolen. This bag did not leave the hotel room once, so it could’ve only been stolen from the hotel staff.
I reported this to the hotel and was told the only solution was to report to the police, which I am fully aware police would not take it seriously with it not being a large amount of money.
Really disappointing as everything else seemed so great, but this really ruined it for us.
This Hotel was part of a package deal and was not expecting too much. However, I was wrong. I really needed a room with a walk in shower as my wife has hip problems, done, no problem. Concierge was fantastic. Customer service impecable. I also needed a suitcase sent nack to Australia which they diligently did and communicated with me every step of the way. Really well positioned hotel, close to restaurants and all Rome has to offer. The buffet breakfast could not be better. Nothing but praise for this hotel.
Stayed here for our first visit to Rome. The hotel staff were wonderful and very welcoming our entire stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the Vatican and a good walk from Trastevere. My wife and I also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great spread and was helpful to start each day with a good breakfast. The AC is also much appreciated during the hot Italian summer!
Nice, modern hotel less than a 15 minute walk to the Vatican. Front desk staff is friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, and had a coffee/tea setup and fridge. Breakfast was a pretty standard buffet, but everything was fresh, well stocked, and clean.
This establishment has an excellent location a very short walk from the Vatican. There are also many beautiful and historic churches and Basilicas accessable by walking.
All the staff was excellent and accommodating. The breakfast was very well provided and maintained throughout the morning. Unfortunately, we were much less satisfied with the dinner menu. We realize that when dealing with individual's special dietary requirement and a large group of travelers, consessions must be made. However, having reviewed your menu and the many selection of meals prepared without red meat or poultry, we felt disappointed that more effort was not put into delivering a higher quality meal. In fact, two of the three nights we dined with you, we felt the value of our meals fell far below the set menu provided to our companions.
Please rest assured that when returning to Roman your establishment will be given the greatest consideration and when dining with you, we will be sure to limit ourselves to selections from your many excellent meatless dishes.
