Singer Palace Hotel Roma

We came for cocktails on the hotel rooftop and had a wonderful time! The team was absolutely lovely and took great care of us. The cocktails were delicious, and the view was simply incredible. It’s a fantastic spot for a sunset cocktail — definitely worth a visit! 🌅🍸

The hospitality is truly where this hotel exceeds expectations. Even though there were other guests staying there, we felt like we were the only ones because of how personal and attentive the service was. The staff went absolutely above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. One experience in particular really stood out to me. I was pregnant and asked if they had a wedge pillow to help with my back. They didn’t have one, which was completely fine. However, when I returned to our room that evening, there was a brand new (literally in the plastic wrap) wedge pillow waiting for me! It was such a thoughtful gesture and really showed how much they genuinely cared about our comfort. Our room was clean, cozy, beautifully updated, and we were upgraded to a room with a wonderful view. The location was also great, and the hotel has a charming boutique feel that makes the experience feel more personal and intimate. The concierge gave us some excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do, and the breakfast was a nice added touch. Overall, it was the kind of stay where the little details made a big difference. The combination of the beautiful room, great location, and exceptional hospitality made this hotel stand out and I would absolutely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Singer Palace Hotel. The service and accommodations were outstanding and the staff very friendly. The breakfast is excellent with a wide selection of items to choose from, to include gluten free options. Beautiful view of the city from the rooftop bar and restaurant. We have visited Rome several times and this has been our favorite hotel. We highly recommend it!!

Loved my stay at the Singer Palace. I was travelling solo and felt connected because of the care and assistance of all the staff. They were able to arrange hard to get tickets etc with little notice. My room was elegant and serviced with daily fresh flowers and other gracious attention to detail. The location was superb - close to everything. I would highly recommend the Singer Palace.
