This was our second stay at this iconic hotel. The common areas are beautifully decorated with artistic pieces from the original structure and wonderful images of Bernini's art. Our rooms each time were wonderful. The staff is helpful. The location is convenient in a great central spot. This will be our choice every time we visit. Love it!
Really nice stay in the heart of the Bernini square. This location was absolutely fire. Two stops on the Metro away from the Rome main train terminal, beautiful little square with plenty of dining and drinks all around. Easy to get just about anywhere in Rome on the A line. Short walk to the trevi fountain, spanish steps, and may other Rome highlights. The hotel has an incredible breakfast and the rooms are very nice. We had a fabulous stay with great hospitality and have nothing but nice things to say about this hotel.
From the moment we were greeted at the desk our experience was one to remember. The location of this hotel was stellar and you can walk to most attractions and landmarks in Rome. Great dining options are close as well. The hotel restaurant has a great view and the breakfast is very good. Our room had a great view, all the way to the Vatican. I believe the man at the desk was named Jorge and he was very helpful and friendly. The concierge desk was also helpful and booked us an excellent transfer to the airport at the conclusion of our stay. We stayed in a suite that absolutely made our stay. This hotels average rating should really be 4.8 but I think it suffers from its lower pre-renovation average rating. Don’t be scared to book this hotel.
enjoyed my stay in this hotel. This place has a lot of good points. The best is the location, as it is close to everything. Taxi at the door, the Metro, the tourist bus, and a short walking distance to the best tourist attractions. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops, and it is not in a crowded place. The hotel staff is very kind and gentle. The manager is always there taking care of the customers. I really appreciate his help. Also, the restaurant is very good, with Italian-Japanese fusion food that is very interesting, and it is on a nice rooftop with a beautiful view of the city, especially at night. I was in a room with a private terrace, very convenient for taking a coffee or drink. The room was very clean and a good size. It has a workspace and is quiet.
I had a wonderful stay in Rome and would especially like to recognize Jorge from Guest Relations. From the moment I arrived, Jorge was consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience and was always willing to help with anything I needed during my stay. I would also like to recognize Robert from the breakfast team. He was always friendly, warm, and a pleasure to see each morning. Small interactions like these make a hotel feel truly special. The location is fantastic, the property is beautiful, and what stood out most to me was the hospitality of the staff. I look forward to returning on a future visit to Rome.
