Loved this location!! So close to everything! We did a hop on hop off tour and the stop was 5 minutes away. Well within walking distance of the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain which we did in the evening when it was cooler! The staff was so friendly! We had picked up roses while out and gave them to the gentleman manning the front desk. My wife gave them to him and it was the first time a woman had given him flowers! We will stay here again when in Rome!

The location was extremely convenient and the room was clean & comfortable for our family of four. The metro is just around the corner, making it easy to get to the Vatican, plus there are restaurants and stores everywhere. We walked to the Trevi fountain every morning to enjoy breakfast & the view. I would definitely return to this hotel on our next visit.
Cozy hotel in the heart of Rome Good service , very clean , good size and comfortable room. Super close to Fontana di Trevi , Spanish steps and many more touristic spots Highly recommended !
Unfortunately, my experience at this 4-star hotel was very disappointing. The staff were rude and not welcoming at all. There were no tissues in the room, and when I went to reception to ask for some, the response was simply that I could come and ask whenever I needed them. In a 4-star hotel, basic things like tissues should already be available in the room without guests having to request them. It was the same with other essentials like an iron everything had to be requested instead of being properly provided as standard service. The cleanliness was also below expectations, as the room was not cleaned properly during the stay. Another issue was that the bathtub was broken. I informed the staff and asked for someone to fix it, but no one was available, and I had to wait until the next day. On top of that, there was no hot water, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, the service and hotel standards did not match what is expected from a 4-star hotel.
Not a 4-star hotel major issues, especially with a baby Stayed here recently and this was not even close to a 4-star experience. The rooms were not as advertised did not match the booking listing. No WiFi in Room. Completely unusable. For a hotel in this price range, that’s unacceptable they clearly need better coverage or additional router. Temperature control was not available in room. We had to call the front desk just to try to adjust it - didn’t work. The room stayed at around 24°C all night, too warm especially with an 8-month-old. The hallway outside felt closer to 40°C. We were charged €15 per night for a baby crib, and it was in terrible condition. The mattress was dirty and the pack and play was worn out. If you’re charging extra for this at a “4-star hotel,” it needs to be clean and in good shape. The smoke detector in the room flashes every few seconds like a strobe light. (Lights up the whole room!) They told us it’s “normal” it’s not. It’s disruptive and makes it hard to sleep. The “king bed” is just two singles pushed together, and the mattress quality was comparable to sleeping on cardboard. Bathroom shower head shot everywhere once again if claiming to be four star.. drains all detached making it hard to stand in shower. Also, access is very awkward no straightforward elevator access without dealing with large stairs and an awkward entry setup, (huge heavy door to open) which is not ideal when traveling with luggage and baby. Had issues sometimes wouldn’t open on the floor you want. The thing should be in a museum!! Not in a hotel. Staff was nice Location 10/10
