this was the last night of a vacation with a group and they brought us to this hotel and lucky we were the air-conditioning with fabulous one of the best I’ve been since I’ve been in Italy. The room was very nice fairly great tales bedding was great even TV was good. Breakfast was very good. They have an old building like with lots of rooms. Interesting. You have to take one elevator up and then take another elevator up if you’re on the second floor above, not for at all from a shopping district area. I highly recommend this hotel. Actually I wish we’d stayed longer so it was so comfortable.

I stayed here in March and had a great experience overall! The hotel was spotless, the location was very convenient, and the staff were always kind and welcoming. Breakfast had a good selection, and everything was well organized. The only minor issue was that the room was a little tight for three people, but it didn’t take away from our stay. I’d happily stay here again.
Overall, we had a good experience. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Any issues that we had were addressed promptly. The staff was very nice and accommodating when they could be however we did have a few issues. The hotel is a bit of a maze. We had to take two different elevators to get up to the third floor. We had a very early morning flight and a lot of luggage and no assistance in the morning. We had to make three trips due to the very small elevators. Also, our stay included breakfast, however because we were leaving so early in the morning there was nothing offered to us. Not even Coffee. We were told to try to walk around the streets to find someplace open to buy coffee. At 5:45 in the morning nothing is open. They claim to be a luxury hotel but they fall short in this area.
Very conveniently located near the Metro which makes for easy transport across Rome. Check in was quick and welcoming with plenty of advice on how to see Rome within the time we were staying. Staff were very friendly. The room was decorated to a high spec but we did find alot of dust on surfaces other than the side tables and desk. No kettle for tea or coffees which was disappointing nor a complementary bottle of water which would have been appreciated as other hotels we’d been to offered. In our 4 night stay, our room was cleaned twice, after a 23k step walk we were both tired and came back to an unmade bed. The bed itself was a double, the mattress was not comfortable and had collapsed on the left side as someone very heavy must have damaged the springs, the left side also had a weird smell, were not ones to complain so I put up with it. The room had a good sized wardrobe, a safe, complementary slippers, a small TV with YouTube and Netflix which was nice. On checkout day we asked if we could stow our bags for a few hours which they said it’s fine which is very handy! Our flight was not until late evening so we didn’t want to be lugging our bags around with us. Breakfast was recommended at €20 per person which was not something we decided to do based on that price, however there was an amazing pizzeria across the street which served incredible food! Pic in this review! Overall a good 4/5, would have been 5/5 if there was complementary water/kettle/better mattress that wasn’t damaged or smelt bad. I do recommend this hotel but check everything is satisfactory and make sure you’re happy, and if not, raise any issue with staff who I’m sure will be happy to help.
My stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. The room was quaint, but offered everything I needed to ensure I enjoyed my stay in Rome comfortably. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great location near a metro stop and several shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again next time I find myself in Rome.
