Great location if you like combining walks and sightseeing. From here you reach all best most interesting places in rome. Safe area, surrounded by Cafes, restaurants, etc. Rooms could be better for the price but still a good option in terms of organisation of check in, shuttle. Bkfst super simple just for a quick start of the day (coffee and sweet croissant) so better not to expect much here but coffee is OK.

I stayed there for 9 days, couldn’t think of a better place to stay in Rome. The rooms are big with plenty of space for your luggage and AC. The bed is comfortable and spacious. The bathroom has everything you need and looks luxurious. Everything was super clean. The location itself is perfect, the Vatican and Castel Sant’ Angelo are a 10-15 minute walk away, perfect starting point for tourism. The neighbourhood itself is super quiet, with a ton of nice restaurants. The breakfast is nice you can get a coffee or a cappuccino or juice along with some pastries that are brought every morning. The owner and the staff are super friendly, welcoming and hospitable! They gave great recommendations and are what honestly made the stay feel special and great. I would gladly stay there again! If the place is within your budget, do not hesitate to choose it.
Great location but that about the only thing good. The room was falling to pieces, literally we had sockets that fall out the wall, the iron didn't work, the fridge wasnt cold, the blinds didnt shut and the rooms aren't the cleanest. When we got there the toilet wasnt flushing either so we called them about that but they did fix it rather quick(within an hour). When we was booking this place it stated that it was a hotel which just isnt the case as it was more like a dorm. We paid about £400 for 3 nights and that was definitely not worth it. Very disappointing.
If the Vatican’s at the top of your Rome to-do list, Quiriti Vatican Relais is a solid launchpad—just a 15–20 minute stroll to holy sights, surrounded by charming little trattorias for all your pasta-and-wine needs. There’s even a metro stop a few blocks away if you’d rather skip hoofing it to the other side of the city. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe—once you crack the code(s). You’ll need one code to get through the front door, another for the hall, and possibly a third if you want to feel like Tom Cruise in Mission: Impossible. Inside, there’s an adorably old-school elevator that looks like it was designed for a cameo in Final Destination, so we bravely took the marble stairs instead—only to discover they double as a secret Slip ’N Slide. Two out of three of us ended up with bruised backsides and bruised egos, but hey, it’s all part of the Roman adventure. Mornings come with a simple breakfast setup: pastries, juices, and coffee made to order by the kindest gentleman from the Philippines—he’s basically the hero of the breakfast nook. No bacon or scrambled eggs here, but you will develop a passionate relationship with chocolate croissants. Rooms are clean, cozy, and a little snug if you’re traveling in a trio—nothing like a triple-bed slumber party to bond you for life. Just don’t expect an icy drink to toast your sightseeing victories. The mini fridge is about as cold as a Roman summer breeze, and ice apparently doesn’t exist here—my leftover tiramisu never stood a chance. On the positive side, the A/C worked great (which as an American, was non-negotiable) once you knew how to work it (we once accidentally powered it off when changing the thermostat, and it got quite warm). All in all, a comfy, safe spot that’s perfect for Vatican days—though next time, we might pick somewhere more central to save our feet (and our tailbones). But if you’re Vatican-focused, Quiriti’s a holy good choice.
I had asked for a romantic decoration of the room (it was Valentine’s Day) the host told me there would be rosepedals on the bed. When arrived only the towels were made in a weird kind of shape, I was kind of disappointed for this. The bed was hardly damaged. The bathroom was in perfect condition and it was a great shower with nice lights. The room is inside an apartment along with a few other rooms so the kitchen is shared and we were woken up each morning at 7 from screaming people. The location is great, not in the busy center and a 20min walk to the center. Enough restaurants and bars in the area. I paid €250 for 2 nights without breakfast which is in my opinion very expensive for what we got. The host is very kind tho, but there are a few things to look after.
