Precise House Mantegna Roma

I have honestly never experienced this level of care and exceptional service from hotel staff before (at least in Europe). From the moment we checked in on 17th August, we felt incredibly welcomed and looked after. The lady manager was absolutely amazing. She was so warm and accommodating, offered us complimentary cappuccinos, and kindly arranged an early check-in for us. She built our entire Rome travel itinerary. Her thoughtful gesture really set the tone for our stay. A special mention also goes to the lovely lady at the front desk on 17th August, especially the one with the curly hair. She went above and beyond by arranging complimentary breakfast for us throughout our stay. What made it even more special was her recommendation of some wonderful local gems, where we discovered some truly amazing delicacies. The genuine warmth, kindness, and attention to detail from the entire team made our stay so memorable. I sincerely wish I could remember everyone's names so I could thank them personally. A huge thank you to the whole team for making us feel so welcome and cared for. Your hospitality was truly exceptional, and it made our stay all the more special. We will definitely remember the wonderful service and kindness we experienced here. Will visit again 🙂

We experienced a delightful stay at this hotel. Chiara cheerfully assisted us when our key card created difficulties for us, her calm demeanor enabled us to place our trust in both her and other staff. Chiara is the personification of kindness. Lunch at the bar was delicious and served by professional personnel, as was the breakfast which was rich in its variety. The room was comfortable, clean and afforded us two nights of peaceful sleep.
