They tried to ask me to cancel my booking less than 24hrs before check in because of an "electrical problem" when I pointed out that they will have to book me a comparable room somewhere else, magically the problem was fixed. A bunch of amateurs and waste of time
Staff were helpful enough, I guess. The room was clean. However, peak summer & their room was a sauna. Air con was on the coldest setting, highest fan speed - my wife & I were sweating and had the worst night of stay. We informed the staff, he came to “fix it” even though i told him there’s no setting he could possibly change to make it colder. He insisted. It did nothing. A shame, as it is a good location near the airport - but be prepared to have the most disgustingly hot, sweaty night of sleep in your life! Just what you want before a 20 hour flight journey the next day :)

We arrived in Rome for an event and were looking for accommodation that would be both high quality and reasonably priced. The hotel is in a good location, with restaurants nearby, and if you feel like taking a short walk, there is also a beach. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the breakfasts are delicious. What I would highlight the most, however, are the people who work at the hotel—they create a wonderful atmosphere and are very kind. Every morning the room was cleaned and spotless; we were very satisfied. I would also like to mention the taxi service—whenever we needed to get somewhere, they were always willing to help and took us there. Special thanks to the driver named Roman, who spent the most time with us and even gave us tips on places to visit in Rome. Thank you to everyone at this hotel—you are amazing, and I highly recommend you to others.
