Palm Suite - Small Luxury Hotels Of The World

We had an absolutely excellent stay at Palm Suite. The property is stunning, and our room was beautifully designed, immaculate, and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast served in the room was amazing, with a great range of food and very generous portions. Every detail felt thoughtful and luxurious. What impressed us most was the customer service. I have genuinely never experienced service like it. After I accidentally left a games console in the room, the team contacted me immediately, knowing I was on my way to the airport, and did everything they could to help me retrieve it. Their care, efficiency, and attention were exceptional. Palm Suite is a truly special place, and we would return without hesitation. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel. So close to coliseum. Also first floor room we had was beautiful and had like 12 ft ceilings with the original 1700 wood ceilings in place. The continental breakfast put most US full breakfast to shame. Staff was unbelievably nice. Beautiful welcome gift for being a Diamond Hilton member

We had a pleasant stay at Palm Suite. The staff were friendly, responsive, and always happy to help, and the restaurant recommendations they provided were excellent. The location is hard to beat—just steps from the Colosseum, yet tucked away on a quiet street that felt peaceful despite being so central. One thing to be aware of is that there is significant variation among the rooms. We changed rooms during our five-night stay and were very glad we did, as it made a noticeable difference in our overall experience. If we had stayed in the original room, our impression would have been much less positive. I would encourage future guests to ask about room options when booking. Breakfast was generous with plenty of choices, though I would have appreciated a bit more local Italian character rather than a more standard international spread. Overall, I would certainly consider staying here again, but I would be more specific about which room I reserve.
