Palazzo Caruso

I had a horrible noisy night at this hotel and on top of that the hotel manager was rude. I arrived at this hotel after a long day of travel and flights, looking forward to a good night's rest. The room itself was nice, and the hotel is in a convenient location. Unfortunately, my experience was completely ruined by excessive noise. The room directly above mine was hosting what appeared to be a party, with loud music, stomping, banging, and constant noise that continued late into the night. I reported the issue to management around 11:30 p.m., but the disturbance continued until approximately 1:00 a.m. Despite informing the hotel, no effective action was taken. After finally managing to fall asleep in the early morning hours, I was woken again by noise coming from the breakfast area located above the room. As a result, I got very little sleep and had a terrible night. I travel extensively and stay in hotels all over the world. In the last few weeks alone, I have stayed in around 8–10 different hotels and have not experienced anything remotely like this. I have never stayed in a four-star hotel where guests were allowed to create such a disturbance directly above other rooms for hours without the situation being properly resolved. The following day, after contacting Booking.com, I received a refund for the night and decided to cancel the remainder of my stay. To make matters worse, the hotel manager later approached me and asked me to leave as soon as possible. He raised his voice and was extremely rude, especially considering that I was the one affected by the noise and lack of sleep. While the location and room were good, a hotel's primary responsibility is to provide guests with a comfortable place to rest. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and would advise others to look elsewhere.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is good and very convenient. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Also, the staff members are polite, helpful, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

Excellent location, short walk from Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps and plenty of places to eat. Taxi rank super close by and metro . Staff were very accomodating and friendly Shampoo and conditioner in bathroom Lovely views of Barberini Square No issues with noise from outside and both rooms were facing the square Nice spacious bathroom with great shower Comfortable bed and pillows Has a lift Lots of nice places to shop nearby Would highly recommend Outdoor terrace gorgeous for breakfast on a sunny day

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The manager assisted me in exchanging larger euros for smaller and assisted our group of 6 transportation. Rooms are very good size pillows comfortable, but bed a bit high for shorter people. Bathroom excellent size and plenty of towels and hair and body soaps. Continental breakfast was excellent and made to order. I highly recommend Hotel Palazzo Caruso.
