The hotel has a good location and is conveniently close to the mall, which is one of its main advantages. The reception staff were polite, professional, and respectful, and I would like to thank them for their good service. I stayed for only one night, and my main concern was the room on the third floor. When taking a shower, the water would flow beyond the shower area and reach outside the bathroom, which needs to be addressed. I also believe that the furniture, including the bathroom facilities, would benefit from some renovation and updating. Overall, the experience was acceptable, and I hope these points will be taken into consideration to improve the experience for future guests.

I stayed at Novotel Roma EUR and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and offers good facilities. One thing to keep in mind is that it is located about a 20-minute walk from the nearest metro station, which may be less convenient if you rely entirely on public transport. However, once you reach the metro, the Colosseum is only about 15 minutes away. The location is ideal for travelers arriving by car, as the area is quieter and less crowded than the city center. While it feels a bit isolated, this can also be an advantage if you are looking for a more relaxed stay away from the busiest tourist areas. A good option for visiting Rome, especially for those with their own vehicle.
It’s a bit farther from the city center, but the location is perfect. You can walk around the neighborhood and even exercise outdoors. Easy to find, with free parking available. The service was excellent — we were treated very well throughout our stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to everyone.
I was in room 220 from 10/4 to 13/4 . The hotel claimed to provide a refrigerator, but only offered a temperature-controlled cabinet. All chilled items had to be stored at reception, which was very inconvenient. The room was generally dirty, and the kettle was covered in dust. There was no bathroom exhaust fan, the main door frame felt unsafe, and the bathroom door was broken. We requested a room change but were refused. Front desk staff were unfriendly, especially one middle-aged female staff member. Although air conditioning was advertised, it was never provided, citing local policy. We had to keep the windows open, leading to mosquito bites (my daughter was bitten several times) and constant noise from passing traffic. The TV was also faulty, with frequent screen issues. Overall, a very poor experience. Charging four-star prices for what felt like a two-star stay. Not recommended.
The breakfast did not have much variety but overall it was a good short stay with connecting rooms. The parking was free and easily accessible to visit the local attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable beds.
