We flew into Rome and chose this hotel because of our plans for the next day, we wanted something a bit outside of the city and on our way to the next destination. Perfect room for 1 night, we were exhausted from 24 hour travel and we had a rental car so easy to get to. Staff were all amazing from check in, buffet and check out. I will say the hotel rooms on booking.com showcase the rooms with bath tubs, and when we checked in our room was 105 (purple decor) without the tub, so I would suggest requesting those rooms specifically if you want that tub. Our purple room was exactly as shown in the pictures.
Great hotel! :)
Great hotel, only downside about the non family friendly room is because the shower is glass and can see from the main room. All staff was super helpful and friendly, only gave location 4 because it is about an hour away from town by bus
I will hardly give a 1 star, but we never got our Damage deposit back! We booked with booking.com, It portrays as a 4 star hotel with misleading pics on booking, do not go if you have kids with you or family, this is a shady hotel. Lots of ants in rooms, even crawling on your bed!!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is pretty far from both city and airport. With Uber it cost us on average 45-50 EUR to get to both - one way. The hotel room is made everyday and is clean. After 5 PM a lot of flies appeared near the door (approx 25-30). The breakfast had the necessities were hat felt bit limited by we’re from Norway and learned that larger breakfast are not common in Italy
Hotel ok and food very good. Staff member named Patricio (Patrick) made our stay wonderful, he went above and beyond for our requests and answered all the questions we had! His kindness and polite conversations made us feel welcome and no other member of staff compared to him. Amazing. - his English was very good as well :)
