Irooms Pantheon & Navona

Choose this place for my last couple nights in roma before heading back to my country and I'm glad. I arrived a little early and fortunately I was able to check in before 1pm which I was happy about. The room was perfect size for a solo traveler like me or a couple, maybe something I'd suggest to change is the bed "frame" that's called bubble, because it has literally a ring of metal across the bed that honestly makes no sense to me and I hit it with my leg twice while waking up. A little painful I have to say but for what I understood of the concept, each room is different so maybe the rest of it are just fine. What I wouldn't change and to me it a must of this place, is SERVICE. Karina was such an amazing host. She suggested to me some of her favorite spots in town as well as a great restaurant recommendation in trastevere and some not so touristy churches and spots near downtown. Another plus is that she speaks Italian, english and spanish so, plenty of was to communicate. I'd for sure stay there again when I'm back in Roma! =)

We were greeted by someone who didn't work at the hotel and despite his kindness couldn't explain any of the room's features to us. Then nothing was explained to us, the manager was supposed to come but it wasn't the case. We called the front desk well 10 times and I went 3 times in person for taxes and for explanations about the check out but novody was here . The floor of the bedroom is taking on water, the door handle was broken, the washbasin in the bathroom was broken to, pièces of the jacuzzi same . Finally, on the day of check-out, I had to write a note to the reception to leave the tourist taxes and the hotel keys. To conclude, we were not able to make the most of our stay despite the cost of the room. We are very disappointed, we come to Rome once a month, it is one of the worst value for money

Went to rome to see the sights and so some shopping, eat pasta and sleep well so with that being said this is my review; Getting to the hotel we used the taxi service provided by the manager. It was perfect! We arrived at the hotel and was greeted by a super serviceminded woman (whos name I forgot) that helped us with the checkin as well as explaining how to enter the rooms via internet (super easy!) the room we got (iCube) was clean, fresh and the bed was really really comfortable. The location is 10/10, everything is within walking distance and you have restaurants and gelato worth eating every morning within 1 minute. The staff is 11/10. So helpful, John replies fast and goes the extra mile with everything, could not be any happier with the services from everyone working here. The rooms are not your boring and traditional rooms which is kinda fun. Both my girlfriend and I feel that if you want to visit rome and live at a good place, with great staff and great rooms this is a good choice.

A total scam!!! I had booked a room for 2 people with jacuzzi and breakfast included. Hours before check-in, I was informed that there had been an error and they would change my room for a "better one." The place did not look like the photos, everything was very dirty, smelled of rubbish and damp, super noisy, the air conditioning did not work, the light switches did not work and the room had half of the things that the description said. The breakfast is brought to your room. It is not a lounge as shown in the pictures. They offer a time range to bring the breakfast which they do not comply. I requested 8.30 am, which was as early as possible. One day it was delivered at 9.00 am and the other at 10.00 am. Anyway it was not something according to the price that I paid, old products and poor quality. I have breakfast in a bar outside the hotel. The room was extremely noisy. The only positive thing was that they were offered earplugs, but it was not enough. Everything was full of dust and marks hands from other guests. The only thing clean was the towels because they changed them every day. To close the review, they were contacted to me to delete my opinion because it was aggressive and that "I had mistaken the place." They have 4 buildings in Rome. Do not be fooled by the pictures because it is not the reality. Go to another hotel and not with these scammers!
