**Title: Misleading Information and an Unacceptable Airport Transfer Experience** We booked an airport transfer through this hotel because the booking information explicitly stated that Visa and Mastercard were accepted. When we got into the car, we were told that credit cards were not accepted. We are leaving the country and had already used the euros we had on hand, so this put us in an extremely stressful and vulnerable position. We called the hotel from inside the car because we felt we were being taken advantage of. The hotel's response was that accepting cards was optional for the driver and that they *always tell guests this at the time of booking*. That is absolutely not true. We were never told this, and the information provided when we booked stated that Visa and Mastercard were accepted. Had we known the driver would only accept cash, we would never have booked this transfer. We certainly would not have gotten into the car without having the necessary cash with us. What makes this experience especially upsetting is not just the payment issue, but the hotel's response when we called for help. Instead of taking responsibility for the misleading information and the predicament it put us in, they claimed they had communicated something that they had not. Guests should be able to trust the information a hotel provides when booking services, especially when traveling internationally and trying to get to the airport. This experience left us feeling misled, stressed, and taken advantage of. **I would strongly caution other travelers against booking airport transportation through this hotel.** Based on our experience, the hotel cannot be relied upon to provide accurate information or take responsibility when things go wrong.

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this hotel. Only about a 15 minute walk from all of the important site. Very clean - that is super important to me. The room was a great size and the shower was powerful and made my muscles feel better after walking all day. The employees were PHENOMENAL. Everyone was friendly and super helpful. Close restaurants nearby and they were all super good and budget friendly. The Teatro dell'Opera di Roma is right next store. So plan in advance and you can even go to the opera. I unfortunately had no idea so there were no tickets available when I stayed at the iQ. Also, there is a washer and a dryer on the premises. So if you have an extended stay in Italy, and need a place to wash some clothes, just go to the front desk and ask for the tokens to wash clothes. The machine dispenses the detergent needed. I definitely plan on staying at any iQ hotel in the future. Safe, clean, and phenomenal staff!
This hotel made our stay in Rome truly unforgettable. The location is excellent, very close to the train station and convenient for exploring the city. However, what impressed us most was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. Unfortunately, our luggage was lost during our flight. The hotel team kindly contacted the airport several times on our behalf and continuously helped us follow up on the situation. Their support and kindness greatly reduced our stress and made us feel genuinely cared for. In addition, we were celebrating a birthday during our stay, and the hotel surprised us with a bottle of champagne. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the occasion even more special. The combination of a perfect location, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding customer service makes this hotel truly exceptional. The staff go above and beyond to ensure their guests feel welcome and supported. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers from around the world visiting Rome, and I would gladly stay here again in the future.
Stayed here from June 30- July3rd and had an amazing time. from the moment we checked in, the staff at the front desk were amazing and so welcoming. they were quick to help us with anything we needed. the room was nice, however it did have a weird smell but we got used to it (room 409) one thing was the housekeeper kept moving the garbage to the other side of the bathroom away from the toilet which was annoying. the hotel itself was gorgeous and had great options for places to sit or get some air. smoking area on multiple floors, the rooftop was amazing with couches, an ice machine, foosball table, self serve alcohol vending machine (cash only) and a jacuzzi (the water was not hot or cold, it was perfect to cool off in the 40 degree heat even though it wasn’t big enough to swim I just sat in there and relaxed) the breakfast.. wow. the star of the show. it was AMAZING. so many options, the best breakfast of our two week trip in italy. the pastries were amazing and the staff was very nice. we also had dinner on the rooftop and it was phenomenal and great service, with a 10% off coupon for the table which was very kind. I liked that you had to scan your room key to get in the front door of the hotel, it felt more safe and secure. overall highly recommend this hotel, the staff is amazing and so is the food, the lovely ladies at the front even set up a breakfast bag for us since we had to leave for the airport before breakfast started and even let me borrow a luggage scale. thank you from your canadian/ frosinone girls!!
My husband and I went to Rome for the first time and chose this hotel and it was fantastic! The room was a nice size with a small balcony looking over the opera house courtyard! They also have a self serve laundry room which was very nice when packing light! The location made it easy to get to several of the main attractions for tourist and some great restaurants. What was truly great about this hotel was the staff. Natalia was exceptional and another gentleman who helped us when we were having trouble due to the train strike. He assured us that they would make sure we could get to our next location whether the train worked or not. We can’t thank them enough! It was my birthday one of the days I was there as well and they left champagne with nuts in my room. It was such a nice surprise.
