Avoid this place!!! 1.Booked “Domus Ferruccio” on Trip.com, but was sent to another property called “Seven Miracles Room” instead. Total bait-and-switch. Host entered our room every day without permission and moved our personal belongings. 2.We asked him via WhatsApp to stop entering the room, but he ignored us. Host denied touching our stuff and blamed us for having a “messy room.” 3.Loud neighbors after midnight, impossible to sleep. 4.Poor hygiene and very cheap diluted soap/body wash. 5.Charged €7 city tax per person/day like a hotel, despite being just a guesthouse. 6.Different names on different platforms: Trip.com: “Seven Miracles Room” Booking.com: “Seven Miracles of Rome” Review scores look suspiciously fake. 7. Terrible and unsafe environment Would never stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Seven Miracles Inn Apartments in Rome. From the moment I arrived, Mattia was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and shared many useful tips and recommendations that helped me plan my days in Rome much better. The room was spotless, very clean, and well maintained. I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and the apartment felt cozy and well organized. It was clear that a lot of care and attention is given to guests’ comfort. The location is excellent very close to all the main attractions, making it easy to explore Rome on foot. Thanks to Mattia’s hospitality and local knowledge, my stay in Rome was even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Seven Miracles Inn Apartments to anyone visiting the city and would happily stay here again.
Superb accommodation close to train/metro/trams, lovely friendly host who gave us lots of tips to ensure we had a fantastic time. Clean comfortable bed, good shower, tea/coffee available in mini kitchen area and a fridge in our room. Would definitely recommend…. Thanks Mattai xx
This is the best deal you can ever find in this area. Easy to get everywhere - metro, bus, termini and outlets. Mattia made my stay just perfect and the room was spotless every single day. My expectations were definitely exceeded 😍
Lovely stay, great location and accommodating host! I would recommend this place to everyone! Located right next to the metro station and a bus station so transport to the centre is easy and quick. The rooms are lovely, with Mattia cleaning the rooms daily. Great shower! Tea and coffee making facilities in the reception area and a fridge and microwave. Mattia is a very friendly host and provided lots of advice about the city, places to eat and where to go. If I had any trouble I felt confident in messaging him and he would reply in a timely manner. Yes you have to pay city tax (€7 per person per night) but this is normal in all European countries.
