Summary of a school trip: mold in many rooms, in the bathrooms as well as the sleeping areas. Windows fell out of the hinges. Some doors to the rooms didn't lock properly. The AC malfunctioned regularly in some rooms. We've also had ants and cockroaches in our rooms. The breakfast was acceptable. Literal heaps of junk outside of the hotel all over the parking lot. 2 stars for the service because the cleaning staff was really nice and cleaned the rooms every day to our satisfaction. In short: don't come here. This is a health and safety risk. You are better off elsewhere.

Location is not bad if you stay there, but the hotel is not as I was expected. Lots of mosquitoes in the room, and if you think for room service be careful you might not find your belongings! My experience was not as great! When I got back home some things were missing!
I don't recommend this hotel for a couple reasons. First one is stuff in apartment, hairdryer isn't working properly it's old and dangerous, also there's no kettle and the only thing that there's good it has standart item for self cleaning. Second one is its look, it supposed to be vintage but there's just old house with some new furniture and colours. I still can name something good about it. At least it's placement is near to metro station and you can seat in empty metro, also personal is fine they provide me with an adapter and while our group was in city they cleaned a dump and a whole room. Also near this hotel is McDonald's and other restaurants. But negative about this hotel is a lot and also there's a lot robbers near this hotel that robbed our bus,but maybe it's not hotel fault but just in case. So i don't reccomend this for anyone who wants a good feeling about Rome.
Ibis Styles Vintage Hotel Rome is a stylish and comfortable hotel in Rome with a unique vintage-inspired design. The rooms are clean, colorful, and well equipped, offering a pleasant stay. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient for reaching public transport and city attractions. A good choice for both business and leisure stays in Rome.
I am usually very picky about hotels, as I stay in one every other day due to work situation. Yes it is old, maybe not the most quiet one (but look at the location), but it is clean, has good controllable airconditioning, beds have actual duvet/blanket (in the summer, which is rare for Italy), and pillows are also very decent. And service was nice. Maybe not really 4 stars, but solid place to sleep. And I have seen soooo much worse.
