Close to the metro station and and a lovely restaurant across the road. We had a meal with the hotel restaurant also and stayed for drinks regularly, Ambra was very helpful and friendly. Reception was very helpful and the housekeeping was kept to a high standard. We used the hot tub and it was very nice and relaxing. It was my birthday during the stay and was provided with a free bottle of prosecco and snacks, with a lovely birthday message from the staff.

This is a great and comfortable hotel. Location is great if you look for a hotel close to the autostrada ring road (GRA) and only a 20 minute drive to the airport. Yet it is only a 5 minute walk to the Marconi metro stop on line B, and only a 15 minute ride from the Colosseum, and since the hotel is not centrally located it is on the cheaper side. It also has a paid parking lot with camera security, which was great for parking our large car. One day we drove to Pompeii for a day trip, and we were on the ring road within 10 minutes. Our rooms were comfortable with great large beds, clean and with a large bathroom. Airco worked great. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great as well with many cold and hot options (included in our rate). Only minor point was lunch: we ordered lunch in the hotel as we arrived in the morning and had to wait for our rooms to be ready. That food was only adequate. So I would not have lunch or dinner in this hotel. But breakfast was excellent, and otherwise we were very happy with our stay here. If we would come to Rome with a car we would book here again!
We have just stayed for 4 Days at this hotel arriving on the 21st of June. Well what can I say lovely rooms. Pleasant polite and helpful staff, the lady in the restaurant and bar at night I think she was called Amber, new her stuff recommended wines to my wife each evening. The hotel is amazing and a must if you want a lovely stay just 5 stops away from the collasseum on the metro, which is only 5mins away from the hotel, we went all over just tap and go. The rooftop solarium and Jacuzzi which you must book at a cost of £15 euros each for 2 hours. Is a beautiful spot for breakfast or to watch the sunset, immaculately clean the housekeepers do an amazing job, and again are so friendly and eager to help you in any way possible.
My stay was overshadowed by a very disappointing experience with the hotel's room service. At 9:36 PM, I called to order dinner, relying on the information provided by the hotel stating that room service was available until 10:00 PM. To my surprise, I was informed that no orders would be accepted, despite still being well within the advertised operating hours. For a hotel of this standard, honoring the services and schedules communicated to guests should be a basic expectation. As a result, I was left without any dining option that evening, which was particularly frustrating after a long day. Reliability and attention to guest needs are essential aspects of hospitality, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below those expectations. I hope management takes steps to ensure that advertised service hours are respected in the future so that other guests do not encounter the same inconvenience.
We had a lovely 4 night stay here in April. The hotel is excellently placed, around 200m from the metro stop Marconi on the B line. We got the 72 hour travel card and hopped on and off throughout our stay. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was large, nicely decorated, with very comfy bed and a great balcony. The bathroom was equally nice and clean. The breakfast was outstanding, so much to choose from and very tasty! All in all, we loved staying at the Pulitzer and will definitely stay again if we're lucky enough to visit Rome again in the future :)
