Hotel Napoleon

Although we only stayed here one night, it was comfortable. Good aircon, gluten free options for breakfast (ask for it) and decaff coffee (ask for it). Staff was friendly, room was clean. Our room looked out onto the courtyard which was basically walls but as it was so hot we didn't have the window open. Would use this hotel again.

We stayed here many years ago and had a good experience, on our return it appears the hotel has had little to no maintenance in the last 16 years and the pictures did not reflect the accommodation, our room had no headboard or tea/coffee facilities. After looking online I also saw we had been charged almost double the cost it would have been to book online than it was to book directly with them, I have raised this but have been dismissed. The WiFi was also incredibly patchy and could not be used for work purposes. Sadly after a previous good experience this hotel is not as pleasant as it once was and a 3 star hotel at best which needs improvements. The staff were helpful and attentive.

Really helpful, knowledgeable, friendly staff on reception. Pleasant breakfast staff. Very efficient and worked well together to clear the tables as guests left. Background music was ace, not too loud, fab choice of songs. I quietly asked, the chap if he'd play a Carpenters song (my friend loves The Carpenters), he did, my friend was made up when it came on. The chap in their was a tonic, bless him, we had a nice chat with him

Spent 3 nights at hotel Napoleon. Servive was excellent! Hotel has a lot os chatm. Everyone was very helpful and provided so much suggestions. Rooms were clean and well pointed. Only reason the rooms got a 4 is because the showers were small and the enclosure did not cover the entire tub or stall. Located steps away from the metro, they have good recommendations for cabs and good transfer rates to the airport. Also close to restaurants and some shopping. Do visit the bar for amazing drinks, and try the breakfast (even though it is a bit pricey). Will definitely recommend and will be back.
