The rooms are well decorated and have everything you need however the location really ruins this hotel. It is over an hour away from central rome and all major attractions and I felt unsafe travelling back at night which meant I was back in my hotel by sunset, robbing me of the rome nightlife experience. The transport is not easy to figure out, I had to take a train, the metro and 2 buses just to get there from Termini airport to avoid paying £90+ for an uber or taxi. It is cheap, yes but it is not worth it. Breakfast was another issue. Thankfully breakfast was pre-included in my package and I didn’t even pay for it because it was terrible. No hot food, only continental and not even a good selection of that. They had “croissants” that tasted like plastic and cereals and yoghurts. Also no orange juice or water just hot drinks or milk. I was very disappointed. The staff are good, the service is friendly but I would not stay here again. My room was cleaned daily and the sheets were changed daily and when I had a do not disturb sign up it was honoured as expected. No faults to the staff at reception or the cleaning staff and the location obviously isn’t something they can fix but the breakfast is and it should be dealt with. The hotel also had two power outages in one day whilst I was staying there where the lights, chargers and wifi (which doesn’t work anyway but we’ll get to that) were unavailable for at least 30 minutes. One of them happened in the late evening so it was pitch black and I couldn’t see anything. The other time I was in the shower and everything suddenly turned off, including the water. My final issue is the wifi. There is no wifi for guests in rooms just a general free wifi that anyone can connect to and it did not work in my room AT ALL. My mobile data connection was also spotty and it would only work in certain parts of the room. In my opinion this hotel is not worthy of its 4 star status due to the inconvenience of the location and the fact that they don’t even provide wifi for their guests. I would not recommend staying here if you intend to see the attractions all around rome I also would not stay here as a solo traveller because at times I felt unsafe in the surrounding areas. It wasn’t a bad stay, I know all I’ve done was complain but it was still a comfortable place to sleep.

The hotel is all the way at the edge of Rome but I had a pleasant stay there. Every one of the front end staff was very professional even with the problems I gave them, they handled it extremely well. I think the 4 stars is quite deserved for my short relaxing stay.
Lovely oasis of comfort and quiet in a sombre part of city. Excellent friendly reception and restaurant staff. Starting to show signs of wear and tear but all in all a very good package with nice size roms.
Not even done with my stay and this should be rated as a 2 star hotel.. I stayed at a 1 ⭐ "locanda" in Bellano where the staff where more welcoming and helpful.. This is not my final review, after my stay I'll point out EVERYTHING
Horrible! Stay away. Not sure why it is considered a 4 star hotel. Here are the problems that we encountered while staying as a group of 16. 1st: bed bugs in one room and they said that we were lying until we showed them bites and pictures. 2nd: AC was not really working in one room. The man up front said " it's hotter than Africa outside, the AC is working". I checked multiple times on my students and even put my hand on the vents. It was blowing hot air. 3rd: The water went out all day! After being out and walking all day, we came back to no water. They did not tell us until we all went down to complain. We were hot and needed showers and water to drink. 4th: The breakfast is mediocre. I've had more selections at smaller hotels. 5th: My room had a wet yellow towel that looked like someone peed on it before we arrived. 6th: Dirty inside bathrooms, walls are dirty
