Three nights here in 2026. AC is nice despite 34C/94f temps outside. We had a king size bed (two beds together but it works fine). I found the mattress relatively firm, which I like. WiFi works well. Staff are good. Our shower water pressure on shower was incredible—if it’s too high just don’t pull the handle out all the way ;) Location is awesome but since it’s on a side road it’s quiet. 30 second walk to a corner store and 1-2 more min to several restaurants. Shutters are dark and room can be almost blacked out even with sun up.

Absolutely perfect location. 5-minute walk to the main train station. Just as other reviews had said, very quiet. I had a great night's sleep. Excellent breakfast in the morning at the buffet. Rooms are small by North American standards but completely typical by European standards. Rooms were very clean and good air conditioning. Excellent hotel to use as a base to explore the rest of Rome.
It was an unbelievably satisfying hotel experience! The staff, location, room condition, and breakfast were all wonderful. I was especially grateful to the staff — I could truly feel that everyone treated us with genuine kindness and care. So, because we loved this hotel so much, I even wrote a poem using the hotel’s name. D Delightful stay I Incredible hospitality O Outstanding comfort C Clean and cozy L Lovely atmosphere E Excellent service Z Zero complaints I It felt like home A Amazing experience N Nice memories O One of our favorite stays
We throughly enjoyed the helpful and friendly staff. The shower pressure was amazing as well as the daily breakfast. We had no trouble getting everywhere we wanted and the close proximity to Termini station was great for getting back to the airport shuttle. The room was clean and comfortable and we loved the people at the front desk and in the breakfast room. A great place to stay !!
Our stay was absolutely amazing. The entire staff, especially Lizeth, Lorenzo, Valeria, and Camila, was incredible. They were extremely attentive to our needs, particularly regarding our requests for a guest with mobility restrictions, making our stay seamless and comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight every morning, and Charmy took wonderful care of us. What truly stands out about this hotel is the staff's attitude; they always greet you with a genuine smile. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel offers free tours! We joined Federico for the night walking tour and a Tiramisu class with Ludovica, both were fantastic experiences. It is rare and so valuable to find a hotel that offers such enriching activities in a city like Rome. From the lovely welcome to the thoughtful departure souvenirs, every detail was perfect. We can’t recommend this hidden gem enough!
