This hotel was perfect for sightseeing. It is located a very short walk from the Trevi fountain and the Pantheon. I walked to every major site, including the Vatican and the Colosseum. (To be fair, it’s a long walk, but I was able to burn off calories). My bed was comfortable. The room was bigger than I expected too. Breakfast buffet was perfect, missing nothing.
Wonderful stay and excellent service We stayed at the hotel in June and had a very pleasant experience. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and very well suited to our needs, including a window that could be opened slightly for fresh air and a convenient desk for working on a laptop. We are returning again in November, and the reservation team has been extremely helpful, responsive, and kind in assisting us with changes to our booking and with our room preferences. The location is excellent, and based on both our previous stay and the service we have received since, we are very happy to recommend the hotel.
Location and comfort make this one of Rome's best hotels. It is in the heart of nearly everything you want to experience in Rome, and you can explore on foot without needing a taxi or transit, since most landmarks and neighborhoods are within walking distance. The rooms are very comfortable and, as someone with allergies, they are exceptionally clean. The included breakfast offers a convenient selection with a variety of fresh foods. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to assist with any needs. I recommend this hotel if you're looking for good value, comfortable and clean rooms, and a central location.
From the service, the room and the perfect location near everything. The room are exceptionally clean and comfortable, bathroom with toiletries if needed, the a/c was perfect. All the personnel in the front desk were super friendly and helpful you even can exchange currency with better rate with them. The location!!! Many places to eat around, Trevi fountain at 2 steps from the hotel door, stores, gelatos, everything. I will come back and stay again for sure!!!
Pros: Great location. 20 second walk from trevi fountain, and I feel it is quieter than 'hotel de trevi' as that hotel is RIGHT outside the fountain so likely much louder. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room had lots of towels. Powerful hot shower. The toiletries are shampoo, shower gel, soap, body lotion, intimate wash, Sewing kit, cotton buds, cotton wool pads, shower cap, shoe buffer. Rooms clean and smoke free. We asked for 2 single beds rather than a queen bed in advance and that's what we got. Nice buffet breakfast. Overall impressed! Cons: The fridge was a bit noisy and made bubbly noises, but I always take ear plugs. I'd like the beds a bit softer, but that's a personal preference. Roof top bar was the most expensive place we found. Drinks cost more than most bars, but there's plenty of nearby bars.
