Hotel Dei Congressi

From the moment we arrived, the hotel set a pleasant tone with its classic old-style décor, nice woodwork and traditional touches in the reception that give it a lot of charm and character. Our room was really nice. Recently renovated, very spacious, and well-equipped with everything you need. The bathroom matched the same solid standard. The only minor note is that sound insulation could be slightly better, as we occasionally heard the TV from the neighboring room, but it was OK and didn't affect our stay. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. The gym was a welcome bonus as well. The location works well for getting around, with the metro within easy walking distance. There's no dedicated hotel parking, but finding a spot nearby turned out to be easier than expected. The service was simply outstanding. Every single staff member was professional, warm, and genuinely attentive, easily among the best we've experienced. We'll absolutely be back.

I recommend! Friendly staff, fresh and rich breakfast. The only inconvenience was that the shower gel dispenser in the bathroom either didn't work or had nothing left inside and I had to get it from the one by the sink. I notified the reception, but they didn't check/refill. Otherwise, they came every day and put clean towels, put the vanity set, toothpaste and toothbrush, etc.

Rooms small but well appointed. Especially showers, bed quality. Service good, even as part of a tour group. Location minutes to metro and several restaurants.

Location is fine, no air conditioning for 200 Euro per night. Shall rooms. Restaurant so so. I'm no fan of Hilton, but there is a nice Hilton across the street and you will be much better off there.
