Eurostars Roma Aeterna

I think the hotel is cutting costs; we used to stay there every year and enjoyed the breakfast, but on our last visit, we noticed they were serving tap water instead of bottled water, there was less variety, and the stay had become more expensive.

I have enjoyed each of my stays at the Eurostars Roma Aeterna Hotel since 2022, and I look forward to returning to this beautiful, well-managed hotel in the future. It is located in a safe residential neighborhood that has good restaurants, bars and supermarkets, as well as vendors selling fresh produce along the street just behind the hotel. Regional trains from Fiumicino Airport will get you to Roma Tuscalana in 40 minutes (costing €8 one way vs. the standard €14 train ride to Roma Termini). The hotel is a pleasant 15-minute walk away from Roma Tuscalana and a 20-25 minute walk from Quartiere San Lorenzo and Termini. Those who prefer not to walk can hop on a bus or a tram or nearby metro that will get them to any landmark in Rome. Hotel rooms are modern, well-appointed, and very clean. Breakfast includes both hot dishes and a nice selection of freshly squeezed juices, cold cuts, fruit and sweets. Wi-Fi speeds are excellent. My appreciation goes to the wonderful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable hotel staff who make my stays unforgettable: Roberta, Valerio, Valeria, Alex and Cesar especially. Their prompt attention to guests’ inquiries, expertise and exemplary customer service skills are outstanding. Highly recommend for both business travelers and those visiting Rome for leisure.

Firstly the door knobs to taps everything is broken in both rooms we have taken. Breakfast is bad, normally itself Europe breakfast is just bread and some veggies, here nth is done uncooked raw veggies and bread Limited Staff is trying to do everything from reception to food and repairs . No security U should probably put urself to one star hotel so that ppl won’t be demotivated and its an apt 1star

This hotel was a complete disaster from start to finish. The location was not good, the facilities were dirty, and overall nothing about the stay was pleasant. The rooms did not feel clean or properly maintained, and the entire place gave a very uncomfortable impression. What shocked us the most was that the staff entered our room without even knocking, which is completely unacceptable and a serious violation of privacy, even the reception staff didn’t belive us when we told them, they say no its a client its not from us. But he entered our room with a chip. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Very disappointing experience, unprofessional staff, poor cleanliness, and zero sense of security for guests and their belongings.
