Excellent location within walking distance to all the main attractions. Just off main shopping street and fabulous street just around the corner with great restaurants. Owners extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

The room not clean, we found stain on the bed, and also hair, even on the curtains. The floor clean but then the wall is not. At the reception they tried to charge us for my sone 7 years city tax stating it has to be and he did not know so watch out of the rules re city tax and what you are paying.

Had a fantastic stay in the family room - 2 adults and 3 children, plenty of space and clean and well maintained. The hosts were great and complementary coffee in reception area was a bonus. The location is absolutely perfect - all main attractions within walking distance of under 10 minutes. Rooms surprisingly quiet given the central location. Can not recommend hotel enough - we had the best time in Rome and will definitely return.

A charming hotel in a great location. We stayed in room number 4, which is small but has everything you need for a short stay since we mostly just slept there. The staff is friendly and responds regularly to messages on Booking. The only downside might be that our room faced a shared terrace inside the hotel, which is full of air conditioning units that buzz. The room didn’t have a window, just a door that could be tilted open or fully opened. Some might find this concerning from a security perspective, but it didn’t bother us.
