Peter who worked the front desk was fantastic!! Very accommodating and friendly. The room was disappointing from the room being very hot and wouldn’t really cool down and the bed was uncomfortable when sleeping at night. Breakfast was not too bad but they did have a lot of options to eat.
I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. They were friendly and helpful from check-in to checkout. I had a nice clean room with a great roof terrasse. I felt at home there right away. Perfect location in the center, in a quiet little side street and not too big. Three people in the breakfast room is a great start of the day for me. And it was a good breakfast.
Very clean hotel in a great location, only a few minutes away from the city center and major attractions. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here aga.😊
We booked this hotel because of the location. We were meeting our friends at a hotel next door for the following night. We asked if they could drive us back to the hotel after our stay, and they refused. And we learned that they commonly move their guests to this other hotel 1 mile away. Just don’t stay here since you’ll just get moved.
This is our first night. We will be staying three. I will post updates as we go along. So far it has been fabulous! To add now that we have ended our stay…the breakfast is amazing and the view from the breakfast area is breathtaking! When in Rome in the future we will absolutely stay here again!
