Not a great experience. They don't provide water after for 1€ per day after charging 300€++ per night for the rooms. The water is complimentary for 1st day upon arrival. We were celebrating a birthday and we asked them to do something for special to celebrate our the occasion. After asking them to do some simple towel decoration nothing was done in the room. It would be really a big ask for them to provide a celebration cake for sure. People of Italy should learn from hotels from other countries in the world like India UAE etc where the hotels wants to make the guest feel good about staying with them. It is just at a decent location near the train station.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Premier Hotel Royal Santina. The location is outstanding, just a short walk from Roma Termini station, making it incredibly convenient for arriving by train and exploring the city. The room was modern, spotless, quiet and very comfortable, with a great bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were welcoming, friendly and professional, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the station and were delighted with our decision. It provided excellent value for money and was the perfect base for our first visit to Rome. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel.
Breakfast service could be improved. Staff is running like chickens without head replenishing food but do not offer proper coffee unless one tackles them. Being in Italy and not being able to enjoy a espresso or cappuccino for breakfast is a big miss. Fitness equipment needs an upgrade. Location is great right in front of Termini station. Room was average size with a TV that did not allow for streaming or mirroring. Nice shower with basic amenities.
We had a wonderful breakfast experience at the hotel restaurant. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, with plenty of great options to start the day. The staff were warm, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. A special thank you to Sofia, who was especially kind and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made us feel genuinely cared for. Excellent service, great food, and a lovely atmosphere — a perfect way to start the day. Highly recommended!
Stayed at this hotel end of February through jet2 city breaks and what a great decision to. 5mins walk from the train station and from here approximately 20mins into the city for all the sights. We also used the metro from the Termini to get to the Vatican museum which was easy to use and we also used it when our legs had had enough. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful and we were able to leave our cases before checking in and when checking out. Our room was larger than expected with a big comfortable bed, walk in shower and separate bath, shampoo and shower gel supplied. The room was spotless and was cleaned every day.Our room was at the front of the hotel and there was some traffic noise but that didn't bother use, you could always ask for a room at the rear if you wanted too. Breakfast was €16 per person per day but with jet2 the price was £40 for the 2 of us for 3 days, absolute bargain. Loads of choice from cereals, pastries, hot food, pancakes, fruit, etc etc.Hot and cold drinks plus the staff will make you a cappuccino or espresso if you like. All Breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. If I return to the beautiful city of Rome I would 100% stay here again. If your looking at jet2 city breaks this hotel is in a great position and a great price point. Thank you Best Western Royal Santina
