The location, cleanliness and staff was amazing. We really enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the bar tender was extremely kind and attentive. While the rooms are compact (when in Rome!) it felt very luxurious with Diptyque bath products and a complimentary bottle of wine. I would recommend this hotel to my parents if they were visiting.
Came across this property on booking.com a couple of days ago while searching for a hotel for my Rome trip. The price shown was unbelievably low. Original price for five days was close to $4K and with $3500 discount. The final price was less than $500. It was too good to be true so I didn’t book it thinking it must’ve been a mistake. Sure enough, based on the one star reviews flooding in the past couple days, looked like there were still people trying to take advantage of the mistake even knowing consciously the price was wrong. This hotel is now removed from booking.com website. By the other legit reviews, pictures and the location, I’m sure it’s a fantastic hotel.
Part of the Hilton Brand Small luxury Hotels we stayed here May 2026 our stay was wonderful close to the Spanish steps and Piazza Del Popolo we found amazing restaurants and it was very convenient to all the amazing landmarks that you can only find in Rome.
We stayed here over Easter as a family of 5. We had a family suite or 2 adjoining rooms (3 person room and 2 person room). It was a great set up. I highly recommend the triple room as it’s very large and the bathroom is also quite large. The triple room was big enough for everyone to hang out in when we came back to relax for a few hours after sight seeing. The 2 person room was prob large by Rome standards. Nice room but I would upgrade to the triple room regardless. Beds are really comfortable and overall a very nice experience. Location is also a plus! Near great shopping and restaurants. Spanish steps are about 8 minutes walking. Breakfast was ok. Breakfast service could use another server as it was a little much for one server to manage everyone. Street noise is petty loud so you will need to use your noisemaker app. We would definitely stay here again!
My wife and I stayed at this hotel at the end of Feb and beginning of Mar in 2026. The hotel is located in a great spot in Rome and you can walk to many attractions from here. We walked many miles a day and felt very safe during the day and night. Our room was not in the main building, it was across the street, which was a bit strange for us but maybe that’s normal in Italy. The room was comfortable and nice. However, there seemed to be a lot of noise in the hallway, especially when guests would shut their room doors and that was very loud. The breakfast was included with our room and it was very good. The staff at breakfast were very nice. Overall we were happy with this hotel and would stay here again. However, the shower would leak every time we used it, which was annoying. The housekeeping staff did not make sure to leave water bottles in the room daily and one day they only left one glass instead of two. Even with these minor issues, we would stay here again. Note: There was no upgrade offered for Hilton Diamond members
