Great location! Reasonable price! However, the hotel needs to provide better services. For example, I noticed that they didn't change our bed sheets during our three-night stay, although they cleaned our room everyday. Also, some equipment and appliances needed maintenance.
The hotel is in a good position. You can walk to a lot of the tourist sites. Also it is near to the station. On a positive the main reception gentleman was very helpful along with the other staff. The hotel has a feeling of 'time gone by. If you like a traditional feeling this is for you. Now the negative, we booked the hotel because it said it had soundproof rooms. This is definitely not the case. We had a couple in the next room and we could hear them talking. They also had the TV on for hours. We phoned down to reception and someone was supposed to come and sort it but they did not. In the end my husband had to bang on the wall really hard. If you are a light sleeper and get inconsiderate neighbours it might be something to consider.
We booked this hotel for my family (4 adults) for one night after our cruise and we couldn't believe how great it was!! The hotel was close to Roma Termini so we walked and they held our bags while we explored Rome for the day (we arrived just after 10am). The staff was great and even recommended an amazing restaurant nearby that was incredible. The breakfast in the morning had a lot of options. They organized a private van to take us to the airport (FCO) the next morning, which was fantastic and no hassle at all. Would 100% stay here again!
Close to terminal station. An old building so not sure i'd quite give it four (UK standard) stars - bathrooms are cosy and showers compact but our 'superior' double was very roomy and comfortable. No a,/c but everything was clean and working including fridge and kettle. All the staff were very helpful. Cooked breakfast very limited but plenty of continental options
Due to unforeseen events, I booked a room an hour before I actually checked in and I wasn’t expecting anything in particular - and I got pleasantly surprised! The room was small, ideal for one person, yet you had more than enough space to be comfortable and move around without any obstacles. Bathroom was perfectly clean, bed very comfortable. Staff at the front desk were extremely kind and easy to communicate. For travelers who are in a search for a place close to Termini, this is perfect option.
