The room we had were so small we barely fit with all the bags we had. No smart tv and poor internet. We could hear every noise from others rooms, because the walls were thin. I will not recommend it. I was disappointed when I arrived and saw an “Airbnb” and paid a 4 stars hotel. The location is great if want to walk to all the places but the hotel in my opinion is not worth the price.
Great location, close to Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. Metro station at end of street. Hotel is up a short steep street. Steps down into reception so will need to carry bags down these. Very helpful reception staff. Our room was a "double standard" room and was small with double bed, with small window that looked out onto the building next door. No real milk in room to have with coffee, only powdered milk.
I am very thankful and grateful to Mrs. Abeer for her warm welcome and kindness. She was very helpful and provided us with a beautiful, clean, and comfortable room, and also recommended a good restaurant nearby. We truly enjoyed our stay. We hope the service always remains at this high level, and I highly recommend this place :)
Hotel is in a great location. It was immaculate and the staff was excellent. We had an extremely small room with a queen bed with about 16" on each side of the bed. No room for luggage and no closets. There is also no iron in the rooms. I noticed other rooms much larger. Just request a large room. You will be wearing wrinkled clothes because no rooms have irons.
We booked this hotel for a family trip, 6 pax, 2 rooms (period April 2026) Upon arrival we got a warm welcome that looked promising: rooms would be ready soon, luggage would be brought to our rooms when we returned later that day etc However: - rooms are organised in a very bad way, especially when using both beds (or sleeping with 4 in 1 room). The passage is about 20 cm and you need to pass by for every departure, every bathroom visit, every toilet visit. Rooms have no storage for clothes or suitcase! - luggage was not brought up (no issue, but they made another promise) - elevator is a disaster, slow, small, unreliable (you can push the button and wait for 15 minutes for whatever reason) - they mixed up rooms (4 pax in 2 pax room and vice versa), which is an indication of staff's interest in their guests (see below) - Airco or ventilation is not working properly, temperature remained 27 degrees despite 5 calls on the first evening. It is managed centrally for some reason. - Staff, especially at the reception, was simply put uninterested and not friendly. it is painful not to say hello or not even look up from the computer screen (watching football by the way) upon return in the evening. Special note for the staff member storing the luggage. He was even swearing (in Italian, but easy to capture the message). If you don't like to service people, search for the right job in line with your talents. To end on a positive note: - The breakfast and especially the lady running the morning kitchen is great!
