Great service from all the staff, beautiful room with huge balcony, the room is small but to be expected for Rome. Everything from the room to the common areas are impeccably clean and maintained. The area around has some useful shops at good prices as you are out of the city, but not as nice to walk around as most Italian towns. I recommend this hotel if you want to be close to Rome and in a nice hotel for a reasonable price. Free daily activities was also a huge bonus that we enjoyed.
An absolute gem in Rome!
My husband and I had an incredible stay at Adoro Hotel. The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and so comfortable after a long day of exploring the city. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional service—the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with great recommendations. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!
We recently had a wonderful stay. The staff, from the front desk to the taxi service, were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We experienced a small issue with the room's air conditioning, but it was resolved promptly, and we were moved to a new room with a fully functioning unit.
The hotel also offers several complimentary excursions and services included in the accommodation price, including a convenient shuttle to and from the Colosseum.
A special thanks to Federico, our driver, whose friendly service and excellent local recommendations made our stay even more enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable. One slightly unusual aspect was the window size, which felt a bit small for the room's dimensions, though this wasn't a major issue. The staff was generally friendly and welcoming. However, there was a minor communication issue regarding our airport transfer: we were informed by two different staff members that the taxi would cost €55, but the final price was €65. While I understand the hotel does not control taxi rates, I would appreciate receiving accurate information when inquiring at the front desk.
My husband and I took a vacation to Italy for our honeymoon, and Rome was our first stop. We loved loved the Adoro Hotel. Check in was easy with Stefano and Myyong. They were helpful in showing us things to do in Rome, how to get there and their personal favorites! Valdimir and Letizia were at the front desk the rest of our stay and they were also so great. Thanks for all the yummy espresso's and cocktails/beers!
The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds ever and the window to the patio was beautiful. .
