Cruise to the Marietas Enjoy the cruise along the North Shore direct to your destination. From December to April these waters are inhabited by humpback whales. But all year you can witness sea turtles, rays and our beautiful tropical coastline. As we cruise to the islands a snack of fresh guacamole and chips is served. As the islands grow closer the excitement builds as the sights and sounds of this marine nation park unfolds in front of you.
By late morning, we arrive in the National Park boundaries and anchor for the afternoon. It’s time to explore, swim and experience this unique ocean and beach reserve. With a guide we swim, kayak, paddle or snorkel to Playa la Nopalera. This pristine beach offers a chance to snorkel, explore and enjoy connecting with a special marine environment. full of sea birds, tropical fish, a variety of coral and clear waters. ***Limited Hidden Beach Permit must book in advance*** Because it is a National Park protected biosphere reserve there are strict rules about how many people can enter "Hidden Beach". Return to the boat for a well earned tasty lunch of Mexican Fajitas, rice beans and tortillas. The premium open bar remains open all day drinks. After lunch there is time for more ocean play and wildlife watching and relaxing and enjoy the floating fun factory with open bar and your favorite music.
On the return trip it's time to have a few drinks, dance and enjoy the rolling views and ocean breeze as you please. Our cruise director is the master of ceremonies for your day. You can dance, play, or relax while cruising back to port. Our crew is always in communication with other boats and on the lookout for whales and sea life. I recently took the Marietas Island six-hour tour as a solo traveler, and from start to finish, I felt completely welcomed, seen, and part of the group. The hosts were incredibly engaging and funny—especially Lalo, who brought the absolute best energy to the entire trip! You can tell the crew is so genuinely proud to show off the beautiful scenery, and they are incredibly well-informed and acquainted with the area's history and wildlife. The highlight, of course, was swimming to the beach. Jumping into the open ocean to get there was a bit unnerving for me at first, but the crew was exceptionally observant. They were constantly looking out for everyone and checking in to see if anyone needed help. When the waters got a bit choppy on the way back, I was personally accompanied all the way to the boat, which I deeply appreciated. I felt entirely safe and cared for the whole time. The snorkeling itself was absolutely breathtaking, and the high energy on the boat kept everyone smiling all day. To top it all off, the onboard photographer was completely on point and captured every single moment perfectly, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. If you are thinking about booking this tour—especially if you are traveling solo—do it! I cannot recommend them enough.

This was the highlight of our trip to PV! Gorgeous scenery and a well-maintained boat, plus amazing staff and customer service! Guides were helpful and very friendly and full of information about the trip and the area. Especially Alex, who not only led the snorkeling experience, but also hauled my old self around on a life preserver when I got tired! Saw lots of sea turtles, some dolphins, and plenty of fish during the snorkeling. Food served on board was fresh and delicious, plenty of drinks, and lots to do all day. We loved it!
Wonderful tour. Would definitely recommend to others and go again myself. Cannot say enough about how amazing the entire crew was on the boat. They were all so friendly, fun, attentive and went out of their way to make sure everybody was happy, having fun and safe through the entire day. There are so many fun activities packed into one tour so there is a little something for everyone. The pickup/ drop off from sayulita was on time and easy. If you are looking for a fun day full of beautiful places, great food and drinks and most of all great people this is the tour for you.
Tour operator agreed to let us change dates due to illness and charged us a reschedule fee. They then canceled the tour on our new date and refused to refund all of our money

This was a really fun, not to be missed experience. The islands are really beautiful, and it was great to have so many water, activities: snorkeling, paddle boards, kayaks, a slide from the top deck into the water, and a visit to a beach. The staff were friendly, kind, accommodating and professional. Lunch was great. I don’t see how it could’ve gotten much better!

My wife and I had a great experience on the boat trip to Marietas Island. They offer a free full open bar during the trip there and back plus a meal. While you are at the island, they have fun activities for everyone to participate in. I can't say enough about Alex and the crew, just awesome people constantly attentive to your needs with a very friendly attitude. And the price is very sensible and accessible. The Marietas Island tour was such a cool experience! We had very helpful, knowledgeable guides who taught us a lot about the ecology of the area. The food served was also really good and we certainly took advantage of the open bar. My only complaint was some confusion about sunscreen. Online, it said no sunscreen whatsoever, but when we were on the boat we learned that we could wear sunscreen, it just needed to be applied to later than 40 minutes before getting to Marietas Island. I got burnt pretty bad, but I still had a great time,
I honestly don’t know if you have the space for me to allow a full review? Overwhelmingly amazing!! We have experienced excursions all over the world this actually moved me. From the white glove 10 star staff, to the fun but safety conscious crew that let you have a fantastic time. They take the approach to the trip they are being evaluated to the point they were having conversations with you like a next door neighbor or friend you already know. You didn’t have to move everything “white glove”. My son caught a fish and the entire crew treated him like they were his own and prepared the best cerviche from the catch I’ve ever had. This trip with this venture will be a lifelong memory because of the crew. That’s a diamond review because memories come and go. This one lives. Alex, Alejandro, Dana, calico and I’m sorry the entire staff deserves a large raise and fiesta from the Adrian Home in Texas. This tour completely exceeded our expectations! The food was delicious, the vibe was fun and relaxing, and the crew was absolutely amazing. I would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta—and I’d definitely do it again! The Hidden Beach was the highlight for sure. Getting in was a bit of an adventure since it was high tide and the waves were strong, but that just made the experience even more unforgettable and totally worth it.
Saul was very nice and so was all of the other crew members on the boat. The photographer took very nice pictures that captured the moments and that will make memories last forever. Food was delicious, meet up location on point, drinks 10/10. It was a 6 hour duration and with that time frame, we kayaked, paddle boarded, snorkeled, listened to music, danced, talked with others, unlimited drinks, water, soda, bathrooms downstairs, beautiful time and beautiful island with beautiful people. The service was great however the staff was less than friendly. From Check in, in Sayulita to the port there was very little attention to detail on the level of service they provide. the waves were huge and we paid but could not get in the hidden beach which I understand is a risk, however our guide was less than patient with our group. Overall, we had a good time but it could have been way better. I purchased the picture package, I left a very nice tip, I did all the things along with my group of 8 and yet we were just expecting more.
I can’t say enough great things about the experience and the crew. We toured under Saul and the crew and we had a wonderful time. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe and this was especially important to me because I am terrified of the water. The crew is very courteous and professional. The service was impeccable. Drinks and food were flowing. Lunch was delicious. We had a fantastic experience and we would do it again with this group.

We had such a great time on the Chica Locca Marietas Islands tour!! The crew: Alex, Carmen, Ricardo, and Pedro, seriously made the whole experience. They were all super friendly, fun, and knowledgeable, and you could tell they really cared about everyone having a good time. The boat was really nice too… very clean and honestly felt pretty luxurious. We spent the day swimming, snorkeling, and paddle boarding and had an absolute blast!! Everything felt well organized without being overly structured. Definitely worth the money and one of our favorite things we did in Sayulita. Highly recommend!

I would not recommend this tour for families. This tour caters to a party crowd, walking around handing out shots and drinks. I would not recommend this to a family but great if you are looking for a party scene. The food and hospitality from the hosts was incredible but was just a little awkward for a family of 6 paired with a group of 28 MAJOR partiers!
Fun day out. Its out of nayarit so if coming from Puerto Vallarta expect long expensive cab rides. Only downside. We'll worth it.
We had the best time as a group of 8! We had dietary restrictions which were happily accommodated, never went without a drink in hand, and had a blast with all activities! I would 100% book again.
My husband and I went after our wedding in Sayulita! It was amazing. Perfect mixture of relaxing, fun, and adventure! We had enough space on the boat to enjoy each other. The staff was insanely helpful and was always ready to serve us. The islands were breathtaking and having a photographer on board let us unwind without needing our phones. We bought the photos for $40 -- they are so good!

We would take this trip again as it was a highlight for us. The boat ride was awesome, the dolphins exciting and the water amazing. We went to hidden island which was extra cash but phenomenal to experience. Swimming in the ocean, snorkelling with the fish, and the water activities were so much fun. There was plenty of food and drinks and the crew was amazing! What a great way to spend a day exploring.

We had such a fun day exploring the islands, enjoying time on the boat, the staff were so warm and kind. We were lucky enough to see two humpback whales and a big group of spotted dolphins swam right up to the boat to play and jump. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to have a super fun day trip. As well, snorkelling is optional and I definitely suggest you try it, that is how we saw blue footed boobies!!

I actually ended up on this experience by mistake LOL. I was originally booked on the yacht to Yelapa Falls which unfortunately became unavailable due to mechanical issues so I was offered a few options and selected the mega catamarans option. Running late and not knowing what a catamaran is I got on the wrong boat lol. By the time it was realized I was offered the opportunity to be accompanied on a small boat back to the right boat or to enjoy this experience instead. I stayed and had an absolutely amazing day. The crew were awesome, I made new friends, the guacamole was to die for, the drinks were plentiful, the island was beautiful and I believe everything happens for a reason I wouldn't change the day one little bit.
This was a truly wonderful day! We loved the staff, the boat and the amazing destination. Everyone was super attentive and fun to be around. My 14 year old and I did the Hibben Beach portion and it was well worth it - only about 30-40 mins from start to finish and so cool! My younger two sons had a blast sliding and jumping off the boat and going to the beach. We got back in time to snorkel and so glad we got to do that - wish it could have been a little longer. The lunch on the ride home was delicious and the drinks kept coming! A great day!!
Fun experience. Felt a bit rushed and being in the thread group Togo to the island and second to snorkel kelt like we lost out on a lot of time doing water toys. However was a fun day! And saw lots of cool fish and birds.

We had an amazing time on this tour!! The staff on the boat were so friendly and were constantly asking how they could help us, if we needed a drink and making sure the experience was great. We were lucky to see spotted dolphins swimming alongside the boat and humpback whales in the distance. There’s some time to go to the island, to swim around and to snorkel. The food on the boat was also very good. My only suggestion is to give more details and share fun facts about the island. Everything else was amazing!
