Sayulinda Hotel

Day pass opportunity! Perfect place for a chill day at the pool, I highly suggest this rooftop, if you want quiet escape. 800 pesos towards drinks, you can stay from 10am till 6pm. Very clean, relaxing atmosphere and good service.

I recently was leading a group of 15 women in Sayulita and Hotel Sayulinda was the PERFECT BASE for us. The staff is so helpful and kind. The location is amazing and mere minutes to walk to the beach, great shopping and so many food options. We all loved the rooftop pool and bar - cannot recommend this hotel enough and we will be back! Thank you all so much for the best trip.

Well, NYE was ruined thanks to Sayulinda Hotel and their god awful DJ. Not only was his music and attitude crap and not taking requests (nobody was dancing), but we asked 10/15min before midnight if he was going to do NYE COUNTDOWN. He brushed us off and said yes… WELL Guess what? We missed the countdown completely because the DJ DID NOT do it. Posting a picture with this review of the DJ’s socials so you all can be warned ahead of time. The Hotel party was terrible in general and they served very bad cocktails at the NYe party. The hotel room also smelt so bad of sewage drain … and when I told the hotel about it they did nothing about it. Literally nothing. I had to sleep with that rancid smell all night… The hotel also kept losing electricity on our floor which made it very hard to get ready for the big celebration. The hotel didn’t want to help us with the simple task of lending a bottle opener. “We only have one” was their answer … “you only have one in the entire hotel?” I asked. They said “yes…” ok??? At check out the hotel didn’t apologize or acknowledge anything I told them that had happen. Never coming back or recommending this hotel to anybody.

My wife and I used Hotel Sayulinda as one of our main wedding hotels (3 days) and we could not have been happier. The staff was incredible, they truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled and organized, especially since our wedding had the entire property. Communication was seamless and the service was top-notch. The rooftop is excellent and the cocktails are fantastic. The location is very central, so it can be vibrant at night, but that was exactly what we wanted and we loved every second of it. Because it was a destination wedding logistics were very important and the hotel didn't miss a beat, even providing information to all guests about weekend details. Thank you, Hotel Sayulinda, for creating a home for our family and memories we will never forget. Hesli is the best!
