Van Service - Rio Your Way

I just want to say a big thanks to the RTT team for providing excellent customer service. The communication was smooth from the beginning via WhatsApp, they were very professional and reasonable in prices. I was with a group of 14 others and we used them for several days during our trip in rio and it was very organised from beginning to end. This is my second year using them and encourage others to do so as I would rate their services and drivers 10/10. Thanks again and see you next year :)

3 days in rio ... great service

We had a great one day tour in Rio, visiting the top attractions within a short span of time. Our driver cum guide Agostinho was very friendly and patient, explaining many things to us and taking good care of the elderly in our group. I would definitely recommend him again! Great day we had!

Visiting Brazil and exploring the beaches of Arraial do Cabo was an unforgettable experience. The trip was full of breathtaking views, crystal-clear water, and soft white sand that felt like paradise. Every beach had its own charm – from the peaceful atmosphere of Praia do Forno to the vibrant energy at Praia Grande. The boat trip around the coastline allowed me to see hidden spots and enjoy the stunning turquoise sea from a different perspective. I also appreciated the friendliness of the locals and the delicious food we tried along the way. This journey was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to discover the natural beauty of Brazil.

It was a great service having transportation to and from Rio so that we could spend time in Paraty. Augustinho was very kind and a great driver. We felt very safe with him. Thank you!

We were looking for a Tour company who can take care of our airport transfers and sightseeing at Rio and came across this Travel Agency. I got in touch with Agostinho. His response was quick, further Fabiana got in touch with me and finalized the tour. Agostinho was at the airport to pick us up. We spent 2 days at Rio with him and had a truly wonderful time. He was our guide, caretaker, friend at Rio and made our visit truly memorable. He made us feel safe and comfortable. We visited all places at our own pace in a relaxed manner and enjoyed our tour thoroughly. Thanks Agostinho and Fabiana. If anyone wants to have the best experience at Rio, look no further, go for this Travel Agency.

We were met at the airport by Agoustino and from start to end of our visit to Rio he could not have been more accommodating. We had a full day private tour of all the key sites which he made both informative and fun. The whole day could not have been better. Even when we were picked up at 3am to return to the airport Agoustino greeted us with a smile and went over and above to make sure our onward journey went as smoothly as possible. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and personal touch. We would highly recommend using this company.

Really excellent transportation service in Rio! Our driver, Agostinho, was always on time, kind, and very knowledgeable of the area! He gave us safety tips and recommendations of places and restaurants to check out. They were also able to accommodate last minute changes to our schedule. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice. It made our trip even more incredible, having reliable transportation. Thank you!

I used this service 3 times during my 2 week trip to Rio de Janeiro in April and can’t recommend his company enough. I used them twice to pick up and return my family to the airport and once to take myself and my wedding party to my wedding venue in Niteroi. On each occasion our driver Agostinho was simply fantastic. A gentleman, who went out of his way on each occasion to make my party feel at ease. Not only this, but on my family’s return journey to the airport, my mother was requiring a wheelchair to be moved around due to ill health and Agostinho ensured that this was provided for her, not only in Rio de Janeiro, but he requested this for her transit airport and her final destination. Please do not hesitate to use this company if you require your group to be moved around in Rio de Janeiro - I recommend them highly. Obrigado.

We booked our transfers with Agostinho and Fabiana to receive our groups traveling from Guadalajara to enjoy their bachelor party. We are a travel agency with 12 years of experience and we like to work with professional people like them. They met all our expectations and the itinerary that the contract stated. Without a doubt, we will continue sending our groups to Rio de Janeiro with complete safety and confidence.

As a family of 10, including 2 babies, we chose to entrust all our transfers as well as our tours in Rio to a single provider to simplify our logistics on-site. We do not regret our choice and are delighted to have chosen RTT! Fabiana, ultra-responsive and always full of good advice, demonstrated exceptional professionalism. Before our arrival, the exchanges and advice were fluid, clear, and precise. A reassuring presence and assistance throughout the trip that were matched only by the impeccable services and kindness of our driver-guide Agostinho. Always punctual, smiling, a safe driver, constantly concerned about our comfort in the nearly new van made available to us for our two weeks in Brazil. With always interesting commentary during our guided tours, Agostinho adapted perfectly to the family pace, present when needed but knowing how to be discreet at other times! The whole family was delighted with the services of RTT, Fabiana, and Agostinho. It was absolutely perfect! My wife and I worked for over 30 years in travel organization, and with that experience, we can only recommend that you trust RTT, eyes closed! That is what we will do when we return to Rio! Travel pros!

We took a group from the United States for a one-week tour of Rio. The quality level of RTT is exceptional, starting with Fabiana organizing the schedule in a precise, careful and professional way. The execution of the Tour was in charge of Agostinho with his punctuality, dexterity of conducting, and wisdom of all the touristic and historical aspects of Rio de Janeiro. The Mini-Bus was impeccable and of high quality. Our American travel agency has already hired several transportation companies in Europe and the USA. Without a doubt Fabiana and Agostinho are in front of one of the best Tourist Transports we have had. Daniel. Cooper Premier Travel

Excellent service. Agostinho is an excellent guide. He gave us very good recommendations and was always attentive to our needs. Fabiana was also very attentive and flexible regarding itinerary changes due to the rain we encountered. Highly recommended.

My experience was amazing, I AM IN LOVE WITH RIO DE JANEIRO, but it was even more special and incredible thanks to Agustinho, he is the best tour guide I have ever met, he is a very cute person, super attentive, charismatic, I am impressed with how smart he is, he knows 9 languages, he knows a lot of culture, without a doubt the best. Resolve all your doubts and he is also an excellent human being. I would definitely highly recommend it.

We have been with the agency 3 days in December and everything was phenomenal! Our guide was Agostinho and who squared everything was Fabiana. We made our way through Rio de Janeiro, and we didn't miss anything to see! Very punctual, respectful and always with a good face! If I went back to Rio, I would hire them again!

Our experience with RTT Turismo has been simply unforgettable. We have traveled in many countries and hired different private guides, but none had surprised us as much as Agostinho. Its involvement was extraordinary: always attentive to every detail, worried about enjoying ourselves to the fullest and taking us to spectacular corners and viewpoints, without worrying about the weather. A real 10 in professionalism and human quality! In addition, we would like to thank Fabiana especially for her patience, speed and kindness in answering all our queries. It made the organization easy, clear and very pleasant from the start. In short, RTT Turismo exceeds all expectations: professionalism, closeness and passion for what they do. An experience that we recommend 100% and that we take as an unforgettable memory.

We have arranged all our transportation by RTT , from pick up and drop off to and from the airport to a great 3-day very complete Rio tour with perfect English speaking guide but also transfers and boat tickets from Rio to Ilha Grande and to Paraty . Our guide spoke perfect English, very pleasant in dealing, punctual, flexible etc. An absolute must for those looking for a very professional and reliable company.

Too grateful with so much decency and so much respect, Don Agustino is a gentleman, thank you so much for so much knowledge he passed on, we learned a lot from the nearby places where we stayed and addressing us with so much love, respect and kindness made us feel very comfortable, as if we knew each other for a long time, God bless and protect them every day and the Enterprise remains so special with its travelers. Thank you very much and congratulations!!!!

Excellent Service! From the airport welcome to the farewell. Very good treatment received at all times!

Service was wonderful from start to finish, my family travelled safely and comfortably to the destinations we had planned and even to some we did not know thanks to Mr. Agostinho's advice. What makes it exceed expectations is that it really was not only an excellent Service but for the curious like me, we were able to learn many interesting things from the history of Rio and Brazil in general thanks to Mr. Agostinho’s comments. An unforgettable and highly recommended experience!

From picking up at the airport to driving around the city until the last day we were perfectly assisted. With Augustine we always felt at ease, accommodating all our desires, and we could see even the most hidden corners and the unfindable of the city being able to fully in the time spent together and appreciate the true essence of Rio. His passion for the city is contagious and his in-depth knowledge has allowed us to live an authentic and unforgettable experience. Augustine is not only a guide, but a true ambassador of Rio, capable of transmitting the vibrant soul of this wonderful city. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to discover Rio de Janeiro in an authentic and engaging way."

Peaceful trip with breathtaking landscapes and Agostinho tells the story of the incredible places!!! Amazing experience!!! We love it!! Thank you RTT and Agostinho!!

RTT is simply excellent, from the beginning of my conversation with Fabiana I had her full attention. I had to cancel the tour because my nephew got sick and Fabiana was wonderful in offering me another date. On the appointed day, the guide Agostinho arrived punctually and throughout the tour he was super careful with all of us, especially with my elderly mother who had mobility difficulties. This made all the difference, making our day special and unforgettable. They deserve all the stars and more. Thank you Fabiana and Agostinho.

We never imagined that we would have, in addition to a driver, a guide, a bodyguard and above all, a person who was attentive and attentive to all the dates. He contacted me the day before to confirm the meeting time, he was on time. He took us to the best places. Throughout the trip, he offered water, sunscreen, always ready and telling us the history and the most important thing about each place we passed through. Excellent service, attentive, quality and very good price. Don't hesitate to hire this agency!! Thank you Agostino and Fabiana for the warm treatment and excellent service.

The company is extremely careful with its customers from the moment of first contact to the completion of services. Polite, helpful and helpful professionals for any occasion. I recommend it with my eyes closed.

Excellent service, from the presentation of the quote. Impeccable vehicle, safe driving, politeness, punctuality, cordiality.

I highly recommend this service! I hired a private transfer to go to the RBD show there and back. The service began with Fabiana, who was super attentive and patient. On the way to the show, Augustinho took us and on the way back it was Fernando, both of whom were very helpful and polite. They took us and picked us up at the stadium door. We went as a group of 4 people and we ALL really enjoyed it!
