Transfers Rio X Buzios

Our experience with RG was great. They were very professional with the book, the comunication, and the pick up time. I surely recommend them

Fantastic transfer service - our driver Kelly was great. She collected us on time, in a lovely vehicle, and dropped us off safely in Rio in plenty of time to catch our flight. The communication from the back office team was also fantastic, very polite and helpful. I highly recommend RG Transfers E Turismo.

I recently had the pleasure of using this transfer service, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and incredibly stress-free. The coordination was handled by Bruna, who is truly a standout professional. I spoke with her over the phone, and her service was world-class, her English is absolutely flawless, which made the booking process incredibly clear and easy. She is patient, kind, and goes above and beyond to ensure every detail is perfectly organized, giving you complete peace of mind before the journey even begins. The actual travel experience was just as impressive thanks to the exceptional drivers. They were punctual, arriving exactly when promised, and their driving was smooth and professional, making me feel safe and comfortable throughout the trip. The drivers were also very courteous and assisted with everything from luggage to navigating the best routes. Between Bruna’s top-tier communication and the expertise of the drivers, this service operates at a level of excellence that is rare to find. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality transfer. Thank you, Bruna and the whole team, for such a wonderful experience!

Easy to book and very reliable!

Prompt service, clean car professional driver

Very reliable transfer company and reasonably priced for a private car - kept us updated all along regarding traffic etc - provided a slightly larger car at our request - highly recommended

The driver was early for pickup and very nice. Everything went smoothly and we would definitely recommend this company.

This was such a smooth experience. The company communicated with me clearly. A day before the scheduled ride, they send a text to confirm all the details (i.e. pickup / drop off location, date, time, number of people and luggage as well as type of car). Then they later send a picture of the driver. I used this company for my roundtrip from Rio to Buzios and both times, they were punctual and the drivers were very nice and respectful. I would highly recommend this company!

Really amazing customer service and great drivers. I really appreciated the attentiveness of the staff scheduling the rides - they were quick and informative. I would 100% use this shuttle service again!

Amazing transfer from Rio to Buzios and back, highly recommended! The drivers were polite and so helpful and the company is honest and trustworthy

Highly recommended! Great service always very quickly with replying. Always kind and professional. Special thanks to Bruna, who was every helpful.

Exellent service, drivers are very polite, cars are clean and tidy. Always on time and any changes communicated first time possible.

I planned a trip to Rio and Búzios and had the pleasure to find the right company to help me with it. I had a great experience with RG transfer, they drove me from the airport to Búzios and then Búzios to Rio safely, on time and with comfort. Apart from the transport, they also guide me into the best choices in terms of touristic attractions in both cities. I highly recommend RG!

I had to travel for work and hired RG. I was impressed with the punctuality and friendliness of the drivers, and Bruna's service via voice message in my language was very special and provided all the attention I needed. I simply recommend it to everyone!

Great driver. Communication with the company was outstanding. Many checking to make sure timing was correct

Excellent service, very punctual and safe. Driver very kind and responsible. Customer experience and service on whatsapp very effective, they are always helpful and take care during our entire trip! We Totally recommend the service!

Excellent service, good cars and very nice and friendly drivers. We travelled from Río to Buzios and the fare was the best I could find.

I was quite dissatisfied with this trip. The car was too small (some of our bags had to be tied on the top), the driver didn’t speak English as the listing notes, and we had to wait an extra 30 minutes AFTER making our way through customs. We were also told that pick up would be at departures instead of arrival. We had 5 bags, a car seat, a toddler, and an older traveler with a foot injury. We did not expect to have to wander looking for our driver. I also thought our driver would be waiting with a sign. I would actually really like some type of refund and may file a more formal complaint. After multiple WhatsApp messages and trying to call our driver finally found us. He was nice enough, so no huge issue with him.

Great driver. Punctual, helpful, to good care of us on the ride, very friendly. We would recommend this service highly. When you are in a strange country and need a ride, it's a vulnerable feeling. They took good care of us

Our ride with Carlos was perfect! We went from our hotel in Buzios back to SDU airport and everything was coordinated via WhatsApp. The driver even makes a pit stop at a nice rest area where we could get coffee and use the bathrooms. Literally a perfect and comfortable trip back home! Would absolutely recommend.

Rodrigo was very professional, informative and courteous. The trip from Rio to Búzios was seamless and comfortable. His driving and trip exceeded our expectations.

Excellent service! Our driver Carlos was punctual and drove very carefully. We were very pleased with the service. A very easy and comfortable way to travel to Buzios from Rio.

It was great thank, the driver was very friendly and got us there safely which was great, he even offered to stop off on the way so we could eat and use the bathroom, really great service

We traveled to Rio de Janeiro and Ilha Grande in October 2026 and our experience with RG Transfers was excellent from the first moment. We received very good advice from the beginning and they offered us different alternatives to organize the transfers for each leg of our trip. Both the fleet of vehicles and the drivers were excellent. We made long journeys, of up to 2 hours, and everything turned out impeccable. The cars were very clean, and the kindness and pleasant conversation of the drivers made every transfer comfortable and enjoyable. Without a doubt, we recommend RG Transfers! A professional, reliable, and quality service that made our trip even better.

Everything excellent, a 10. Everything very punctual. Everyone very attentive. Thanks for everything, I hope we can return.

We traveled to Rio again and once more we hired RG Transfer & Turismo. Punctuality, courtesy, experience, and very good driving by their chauffeurs and excellent service from the operators. A first-class service.

Stopping by to thank and praise the whole team. I took a trip to Búzios and there were a total of 3 transports. They were all very professional, punctual, and attentive!!! I highly recommend the Company

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service, totally recommended! Everything went perfectly! From the first moment there was very good communication and the attention was excellent. I had an issue with my suitcases at the airport that delayed me, and they were kind enough to wait for me, something I valued very much. The trip went perfectly, everything just as I expected. Without a doubt, I would choose them again and I am going to recommend them. Thank you very much for everything and for the good attitude! 😊

Everything happened as it should and they were always there when I needed them

Best travel company I have ever used, highly recommend, clean and well-maintained cars, excellent and always punctual guides, will always be my preference for travel!

Excellent experience, from the service to the transport

I made a trip with my family to Búzios and it was all excellent! Layssa served me very well, she was very attentive, answered all our questions and was always available. From the first contact to the end of the trip, everything was smooth and organized. I highly recommend RG Transfers! ❤️

I would like to congratulate the company for the service provided. Through a friend's recommendation, we hired the transport from Búzios to the galleon and also the return trip. It was a family trip where we opted to rent a minivan for the journey. The entire experience was excellent, from the first contacts to the day of the service. Everything that was agreed upon was fulfilled. I highly recommend and I will certainly give preference in other opportunities.

Great professionalism from RG Transfer e Turismo! We recommend them 1000%! They are super professional and attentive. They accompanied us throughout our stay in Rio, Paraty, and Ilha Grande. They were always on time with friendly drivers and very good at driving. We were with family and everything went perfectly. A big, big thank you 🙏

My husband and I made the transfer between Rio and Búzios, the company was excellent. Punctual, easy communication, attentive and kind drivers, clean and comfortable cars. We highly recommend the company!

I hired the company to transport my family (7 people) on the route Rio x Búzios x Rio. Very good experience. Very well served both in pre-sale and post-sale. Educated, attentive, and competent professionals. We thank the entire team who assisted us, especially the driver Leônidas Gatto (Léo), very kind, patient, polite, and a great professional - who transported us on both trips.

Everything was perfect with the service.

It was an excellent experience, they have very responsible, respectful, and punctual staff, additionally they have comfortable, clean vehicles. I loved your service, without a doubt I would always recommend you 🫶🏾

Excellent service. Super punctual, friendly, and high-end cars. Highly recommended

Excellent service. The driver was impeccable.

From the first contact, the service was excellent. Everything was very well organized, the transfer was punctual, and the trip was very comfortable. I want to especially thank Bruna for her kindness and attention. She was very approachable, always willing to help, and managed to make me feel at home from the very first moment. That type of attention makes a big difference and turns good service into an unforgettable experience. I would undoubtedly choose this company again and would recommend it with total confidence. Thank you very much for everything!

A company that is beyond professionalism! Solidary and generous tb! They embraced our campaign to get us to Brasília for our eldest son's Naval Marine graduation. We are a large family: father, mother and six children and we live in Búzios, in the state of RJ. We would not have the slightest condition of being all there. But this company, RG Transfer and Tourism, started the great realization of this dream, making it possible. The experience was wonderful! We were picked up at the door. Online service note 10, punctuality, cordiality, impeccable and comfortable transport, super prudent and professional driver and we arrived safely to the site. We leave our SUPER RECOMMENDATION for this company. Do not think twice, hire your services and you will be super satisfied.

Very attentive and communicative throughout.

I had already used the private transfer service at the end of the year and it was super correct and the drivers were very friendly. At the right time and with the super good car. Now I used the micro bus for the collective transfer and tb was super well organized! The agency is congratulated. I will always use these services.

The walk was very good The guide Carlos was very polite and attentive, made even photos for us

Excellent service. Punctuality. Price Impeccable cars. Excellent for getting to Rio and for transfers. This is the second year I have been using it.

Transfer and tour were punctual, and very attentive

Very good service; we were very well attended by the agency.

I had already booked in 2024 and the service was excellent! I booked in June 2026 and they exceeded expectations; it is not just the service; it is the drivers, the cars, the responsibility, and the kindness of the treatment. They follow up on your immediate transfer to assess the experience. Very rewarding.
