Our experience with Fernando and Agostinho was great! They picked us and our 6 bags up right in front of our Airbnb in Copacabana and took us all the way down to the port, Conceição de Jacarei so we could catch the fast boat to Ilha Grande. The whole experience was super smooth, clean, and relaxing. Even when we were stressing because we missed our boat back from the island to the mainland (not their fault), Agostinho waited patiently for us to arrive on the next boat and got us back to the airport with plenty of time to spare. They were wonderful to work with, spoke english very well and it was very interesting to learn that they spoke many other languages. Some of which I didn't even know of.

My family and their friends (Group of 10 Adults) did a customized tour for Rio city with Agostinho and it was very well managed. To start with, Agostinho was very easy to communicate with, very flexible, warm to talk with and helped with the customized city tour itinerary. Being a first time visitor to Rio, it was a big help in planning this tour and i am glad we found Agostinho and his tour company for this service. Overall, an excellent experience and If anyone is visiting Rio in future, I would gladly recommend Rio Taxi and Transfer.

Riotaxiandtransfer fulfilled all our expectations and beyond. Agostinho did a wonderful job with us from the moment he picked us up in the airport. He took us to different places through out the city and even stayed with us the night in the Sambodromo for us to take a safe trip back to the hotel. We have been in Rio de Janeiro for few days. Agosthino, a sympathetic persoon, had picked us up from the Airport and brought us to hotel. Along the way he told full about Rio. And we had a city trip from him a day later. He knows a lot of Rio de Janeiro. He is so patient, kind, concerned, and we also feel safe with him in his nice car (WiFi in his car!!) He also brought us away to an airport. Even he will join us untill we have checked in. If you want to see Rio I would Agosthino for City trip and transfer to or from an airport. I've been walking through Rio for decades, in fact the wonderful city is always charming. The sights, the carnival, the beaches, the mountains each place has its own beauties and unforgettable experiences. I didn't know RTT Turismo Rio Taxi and Transfer. My knowledge of this Agency came through Tripadvisor reviews. I liked and got in touch with Fabiana who served me extremely well through whatsapp. He gave me all the tips, scripts, revised the scripts as I requested, very kindly. The tours were very pleasant with Mr. Agostinho who enchanted us with his knowledge of the sights, calm and extremely courteous. Mr. Marcelo, an outstanding photographer, also attended us with great solicitude, we loved the tour with him as well. Finally, we were in 5 women and we felt very safe and satisfied with the services of RTT Tourism, from the transfers from the airports arrival and departure and also the 2 days of tours. The agency @clubedeviagensba had all transfer part Airport x Hotel x Tours made with RTT. Fabiana and Agostinho are wonderful people and served us super well. In addition to being very fun, Agostinho was explaining the things in town with a little bit of humor. It was perfect 😍😍😍 We already have another class to bring in in November.
