Samba Show Admission & Transfer With Dinner Option

Our group of 13 was very happy with the show. The hotel was out of the pick up zone but Rio Carioca helped with pick up ad drop off on specail request and payment. The only issue was we thought we paid for dinner and it seems we had not.

The samba show is hosted at a shopping mall in a small movie type theater. While the quality of the performers was great, the setting was not as expected.

I booked this show thinking it was a different show to the Ginga Show I had already seen. Nowhere in the description was the name of the show mentioned. I think this was a rip off! Very unhappy

This company was an absolute shambles. They gave me pick up times of different times three different times and then two hours before the show they canceled it so was unable to book it with another tour operator.

Love the steak house, the food was delicious & the show was entertaining. I was expecting everything in one location but non the less it was nice.

Samba show was good experiense, but the dinner , we was sitting with other couples we didnt know, i want to sit with my wife just os, and Then we have 50 minuts to eat?? On the website it sats we have 2 Hours to eat, and if you look on the other reviews People have the same opinion like ud. Really not enough time i Could have eat more so thats was a really bad experiense… for that money we Paid.. waow never gonna do it again on your tour… Will not recomand viator to Anyone

Very professional artists and very entertaining, but 250 Dollar looks little bit overpriced. Service of Alex from elife travel was excellent.

The dinner was not at show the food was good and our driver Greg was good the show itself was very poor and not enjoyable I feel I wasted my money

The food was absolutely delicious and the Samba show was very entertaining. We were fortunate to have a Portuguese speaking native in our small group of 4, who explained the different dances and the history behind them. If I was to change anything, I would provide a program outlining the show and the history of Samba.

Great food and tour guide Joana Gouveia was amazing. Learned a ton about Brazil culture. Highly recommend any tour she is leading. As for the show. It was not as good as I expected but entertaining nonetheless.

We had a great time at the show. The performers were highly talented, and it was consistently entertaining throughout the entire show. However, sexual identity was suddenly introduced in the middle of the show. My 11-year-old daughter questioned why a male performer needed to dress in drag and then provocatively dance on other male performers. It had absolutely nothing to do with the show, and no sexual imagery (straight or homosexual) needed to be performed in front of children.

Great time! The show was a strong cultural experience, with a family presence. Marcos is fantastic and energetic tour guide. Awesome event!

The food was very good. The show was very poor and not memorable. I was expecting more of a Las Vegas type show based off picture. Another offering not chosen because it showed pictures of Gringa performing, was not interested. Definitely not worth the cost, misrepresented. The description for pick up indicated you could pay extra to be picked up outside the service area which is untrue as well.

Excellent dinner and brilliant show. Very good evening, with a very kind and helpful driver/guide. The meal was special!

That was fun and interesting cultural experience! Colorful and amazing people, dances and music! The only thing we didn’t like much was food, but the show covered it all

The food was poor quality and only given an hour. No one informed us of extra charge for drinks and dessert. The restaurant was old and dirty and unappetizing. They hardly came around with good. The meat was low quality. I felt ripped off.

Poor communication with the operator. Pick up time was notified after being chased by the client. The operator was running 23 minutes late with no WhatsApp message or call. We were late for our dinner and only had less than an hour to finish our dinner. At the restaurant we ordered 10 Coke Zero drinks but was given regular coke. We did not realised it until we drink it as we can’t read what on the can. We were offered two free cans of Coke Zero and ten bottles of water.

Absolutely loved the show. It was amazing and totally entertaining. The performers were personable and excellent.

Disappointing all around. We were informed that the Samba show we were so excited for was cancelled, but we could join for a night of live music at the Rio Scenarium. The “tour” consisted of being picked up in a little car with two other passengers, we were dropped off at a steakhouse for a sub-par dinner and then dropped off at the Scenarium to watch live music for four hours (we left early). The most frustrating part was feeling like we didn’t get our money’s worth - there was no refund for the show being cancelled, and the tour they gave us was not worth the $230 we spent hoping to see a Samba show.

El show fue espectacular pero ustedes no me entregaron las boletas me tocó comprar las boletas en la taquilla porque no apareció mi reserva por ningún lado y Carioca Tour no se hizo responsable por nada. Necesito que por favor me hagan la devolución del dinero que les pagué para este show, el operador canceló la reserva del 31 de diciembre y acordamos que realizaría la actividad el 2 de enero pero no apareció la reserva por lo cual les solicito la devolución de mi dinero.
