Make sure you have a picture of passport or drivers licence needed at Christ the Redeemer which we weren’t aware of but fortunately had on our phone.

Luis is a great tour guide speaks fluent English and Spanish. This tour is a must go. Ask for Luis with Grayline if available.

After our cruise from Miami,up the Amazon and 4 days in Rio at the end. We had been warned over the years to stay away from Rio, because of crime. It was great to see Sugarloaf (in the fog) and Christ the redeemer (crowds!!!!). We stayed on Copacabana Beach, great beaches, very active people (jogging, walking) nice shopping and good restaurants. Locals in varied areas would warn you about the homeless and crime( we even had one lady, google languages to tell us to beware). we were also told not to wear gold bracelets or chains and to leave your camera and cellphone locked up. With a tour it was not so bad but you had to be cautious at all times. We did enjoy.

We did in a day "Rio Express" with family. The route was quite compact, enabling us in the morning the main points of Rio. Then the guide left us at Copacapbana beach and we could enjoy the beach in the late afternoon! I recommend this agency.

I am very sorry for the bad experience I had with the Enterprise staff, the Flavio guide lacks education and empathy, he does not care about the safety of his group, he gives you limited time to go to the bathroom and no matter that there is a line to enter it, if you do not meet his demands he will not hesitate to leave and leave you lying halfway through the tour. The irony is that they indicated a start time of the tour and arrived late to the meeting point. My suggestion is that they train staff better, that they speak more than one language does not make them a good guide, the education and humanity of a person is not measured by the languages they speak. Excellent walk! It all happened as we agreed. The guide Carlos Feitosa treated us with a lot of cordiality and helped us in everything we needed throughout the tour. Good Enterprise for city tour, I just don't give a higher score, because the WhatsApp service is a bit confusing. My wife had talked to make the city tour express and it was confirmed that they had every day, the next day she contacted to close the tour and it was no longer like that. Either way the Enterprise honored and made the express city tour with us on the day we chose. The highlight were the guide Stefany and the driver Jeferson, both are sensational.

We did the Rio Express tour and the experience was very positive since the attendance of Carol that cleared all doubts before closing the tour and the professionalism and astral high of the guide Claudia and Antonio Carlos. They showed a lot of knowledge of the route, the teams at the sights, and the willingness to make the moments as pleasant as possible. Only point is that we would like to stay one A little more time in Christ and the Sugar Bread, maybe with a smaller group that should be more interesting.
