Good value for money, the driver arrived about 15 minutes before requested pick up time. He was professional and answered question I had about Rio de Janeiro. My only concern was I really did not know where to meet him, so I asked another driver who contacted the company and was told he was on the way. Overall, a good trip to my hotel from the airport.

After confirming details of pick up via whats app, a driver showed up a day before i arrived. I informed the driver that they arrived on the wrong day and asked for confirmation that there would be a driver waiting on the following day, I was then informed i would have to pay more money. I was charged full amount and denied a refund although i was not picked up. I do not recommend this service to any tourist.

We never get the transfer the person who receives us said the car had a problem . And we paid for 2 people and she has 2 more people waiting for the car. THis is a SCAM di not use this company. I got ther at 12:30 am and i was supposed to wait one hour to wait for another car. Of course we didn’t wait. And they said that so you leave in a taxi. Big mistake to booked them.

I have use this service many times before but this time they never showed up, I even emailed the day before ,to confirm , no response….I ask for a 8pm pick up to the airport,..at 8:30 no one showed up so I HD to get a taxi to the airport, almost lose my flight.

A beautiful young lady was waiting for us with several names printed on a sign. Initially I was confused because we paid for a private transfer. Later, I realized that the young lady was not our driver. She gathered the guests and walked us to our drivers who were waiting for each party. The vehicle was not the most appealing, but we experienced a comfortable ride with a safe and kind driver. If it’s your first visit, I recommend this service because it eliminates confusion and saves time. We didn’t have ti negotiate any fares or try to communicate our destination. It was all prearranged. Will use again!

Do not use this company for transfers! They left me stranded at a bus station, telling me to walk 2 miles to the airport when that wasn't the agreed on plane and they knew my arrival time (worth live location tracking). The taxi I took after 30 minutes of waiting in the heat with a dead phone for a driver that yelled at me via text once my phone was back on for his own mistake had a much nicer interior than the first transfer from this company. If I could rate them a zero, I would!

Dec 2, 2023 - I had to wait at least 45 minutes after getting my luggage. I provide this company with my arrival time 3 weeks in advance. They had a whole list of names of people that had arranged rides through them. They made us all wait until everyone had gathered their luggage which led to my waiting 45 minutes after getting my luggage. That is not what I was expecting and I do not recommend this company. After a long flight and long day, I wanted to get to my hotel immediately yet this company delayed me by at least 45 minutes. On top of waiting 45 minutes for everyone to gather their luggage they had me walk the entire length of the airport to meet at nonexistent person only to have to walk back to the person holding the sign and let them know that there was no one at the end, as stipulated. Do yourself a favor, and book with another company or take a taxi or Uber.

Flight was delayed due to weather. I contacted the company immediately but they failed to notify the driver. They marked me as a no-show and charged me. When I disputed the charge they denied it. Poor communication throughout booking and airline issues. I wouldn't use again. Taxi at the airport turned out being cheaper and a lot less headache.

Great experience with the service, the driver and all the contact with the company was easy. I book a voucher from a digital travel agency, despegar, and within the next couple hours they contacted to validate the time, dates and service agreed.

I booked online. I arrived with a group from France after an 11 hour trip, but immigration... suitcase... and when the person who looked at me with the group and the suitcases, said that there was no car available for the amount of people . So he kept calling.....calling....so I don't know who to give me an answer. After 30 minutes he told me that I had to wait for the car to come to the airport. 40m to 1hr. I left. I paid for two taxis, I didn't use the service as they were supposed to be waiting for me and not for me to wait for them after this long trip. And they don't respond to me to return the money, because the person who responded to WhatsApp said the car "was at the airport". Lack of competence. Organization. And respect. 0 professionalism

We contracted the transfer through Takeoff. How the airline changed flight schedules, I contacted the Transfer Enterprise in October, three months before travel, to inform them of the changes. They took my changes and told me I was all right. Two days earlier I contacted him again. They wouldn't answer. They finally told me again that everything was fine. Upon arrival at the airport there was obviously no one waiting for us. I managed to locate an Enterprise person who was waiting for other passengers. Finally, after a long wait we were sent in a taxi that they paid to the hotel. Fearing that the same thing would happen on the way back, I contacted another number of a certain Pedro, who passed me the person who was at the airport. He confirmed that he was ok around. A day before the trip, I contacted Pedro again. He confirmed the transfer again. We waited for 25 minutes. He never showed up. We decided to call an uber because otherwise we were going to miss the plane. The river transit is very complicated, so the journey to the airport takes a long time. We couldn't risk missing the flight. My recommendation is that you DO NOT HIRE this Enterprise. Travel by uber which is more reliable and ended up being cheaper. Too bad I already had the transfer paid and no one took care of the money I had to spend again.

Upon my request they did NOT change a Transfer to Airport 8 (Eight) hours before the scheduled trip and kept my Money. They wanted to drop me off at the airport 5 (five) hours before my flight departed. AMAZING.
