Vitor was the one who picked us up at the airport on our arrival and he’s there in arrival area waiting for us with our big names in his iPad . He’s very friendly and helpful with our luggages . He’s speaks English fluently and gave us some highlights about Rio de Janeiro since it’s our first time in the city and country . We even had a quick stopped to show us the sugarloaf mountain from the distance which was very nice . He’s an excellent driver . I’ll use him again if we ever come back in Rio .

Our driver, Vitor, was in contact with us as soon as we landed in Rio and told us not to rush. This was a nice change as it showed he wasn’t on the clock! When we exited Customs he was waiting with our names clearly identified. He had also sent us a picture of himself so we knew who we were looking for. We were spoilt in that we were driven in an armoured vehicle, which I’d never seen before let alone ridden in one. I had to take a picture!! Vitor’s English is excellent and he entertained us with stories and experiences for the hour long ride to our hotel. Thank you Vitor.

I felt like I was in a modern version of the Cinderella story. I was waiting outside the hotel when the armored, silver, clean and shiny vehicle stopped and the driver (Vitor R.)came out and opened the door to a dark interior with leather seats and tinted windows for me to get in and then he smoothly drove us to the ROXY Dinner show. It is our first time in RJ and I wanted everything perfect thus I used trip adviser to buy seats for the Roxy Dinner show and the private bilingual round trip transfer to the theater. It was a great surprise that the vehicle and diver were 100% the same as the photo I saw online. My husband and I felt as if we know Vitor already and we felt secure, safe and very comfortable because of the vehicle but also because Vitor speaks perfect English. We got great communication before he picked us up. He arrived on time explained where we were going and the time it will take, along the way he described places and gave us tips. He dropped us at the door of the theatre and once the show was over he was waiting for us with his big smile at the front entrance. I was expecting I round trip transfer and I got a very pleasant ride to remember. I felt like a knew Vitor for a very long time. I highly recommend him and the company

Great trip. I was expecting just a transfer, but really got a transfer, tour, and background history on Rio all at the same time. Our driver was Thiago, he was in contact with us ahead of time and throughout the day, communication was great. He met us in the airport as we left baggage claim. Car was clean, well air-conditioned, and he even had water and snacks, along with Brazilian candy. He spoke excellent English, and was able to give us a brief tour and background of the city as he drove us to the hotel. We definitely highly recommend him, we liked him so much we booked him for the return trip to the airport as well.

This was our first trip to Rio and we weren't sure what to expect. We used this service several times over our stay. Each time Vitor pointed out historic sites and explained their significance although we didn't hire him as a guide. We truly enjoyed his tales and knowledge. He went out of his way to help us out of a jam as well as with planning a side trip to Buzios. His kindness and expertise were invaluable. I highly recommend this service.

I can’t say enough great things about this tour that was 6 hours! But what really made this tour exceptional was Vitor!! He is a very well spoken English driver! I believe he also speaks Portuguese as well. We had such a great city tour that included Sugar Loaf, a stunning church that had stunning amounts of gold painted inside the church, to an incredible Portuguese book store to an awesome bbq lunch. We booked Vitor for another tour and we used his services to go to the airport…. If you are looking for a professional guide that will show you Rio and more Vitor is your guy!
