Absolutely wonderful experience. Vikor reached out the day before to confirm our booking and discuss our preferred itinerary. Pedro was on time for our tour and made the tour the best we could hope for. He is knowledgeable about the area and a brilliant historian of the world. He quite conversant on many subjects. Thiago was our guide. On a scale of one to ten, I would give him a twenty. Growing up, he attended a bilingual school and thus his English is very good. He’s spent his whole life in Rio, is college educated, super knowledgeable, compassionate and energetic. We booked a six hour tour with him but we ended up with an eight and a half hour tour. He insisted that we didn’t need to pay him for the extra time. I insisted that if he didn’t accept payment for his additional time, I wasn’t going to be happy. I won. During my week in Rio, we used several different guides, most of whom were selected by a friend of ours who has resided in Rio for the past 40 years and who works as a journalist. Unlike the other guides we used, Thiago was selected by me based solely on his TripAdvisor reviews. Our day with Thiago turned out to be the best day of our trip, by far. Thank you Thiago!!!

This is an excellent tour. Our guide Vitor planned the day according to our interests and time, allowing us to see and learn a lot about Rio in a day. The car was comfortable, Vitor was very knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining.

My wife and thoroughly enjoyed our all day tour of Rio with our guide Vitor. Vitor worked with us to customize the itinerary so that we were able to see all of the main attractions plus explore places that were off the beaten path and learn about local culture. We had a great private tour with Vitor. He as friendly, funny and extremely helpful. He made great recommendations for our day and was very accommodating of our last minute changes and suggestions. We had English and Spanish speakers in our group and Vitor switched around between 3 languages perfectly. Thiago was amazing he offered so many choices and we did everything we wanted! Couple days before when I informed him we want to do Sugar Loaf Island and Christ the Redeemer, he said no problem and even sent me the link of the correct times and times to purchase them for! An excellent tour, and an all-around excellent experience. Tiago and Victor were both very easy to coordinate prior to the tour. Tiago was our tour guide, he has a great personality, is very friendly and really maximize our experience by taking us to as many places as possible in the timeframe that we had. He also speaks English very well. Have nothing negative to say. Would recommend to anybody looking to fit in a great day of touring and culture and Rio.

This tour was fantastic! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We saw everything we wanted to see and a lot more. Our guide T (whose name I can't spell) was so kind and helpful and shared a the history behind what we were seeing. He turned us on to empadas, which we had never even heard of and were so delicious. I've taken a lot of day tours and he was the best guide by far. It was a totally enjoyable day.

Really accommodating. Pickup at Clubmed. Really great and flexible. Didn't have much time in Rio and they really helped us and picked us up far from the city. Felt always safe and really interesting with a lot of knowledge. All guides are great. And so many great tips. Great insider tips with the Barock church and much much more. Perfect English.

Excellent communication customizing our tour before our trip. Our tour guide Tiego was great. We visited Christ the Redeemer where Tiego stayed with us the entire time and pointed us in the right direction and lines. We also observed Sugar Loaf Mountain but didn't go up. Tiego was very informative on our driving tour of the city. We stopped to visit the Selaron Steps as well.

I would like to thank Thiago for the amazing tour he gave us. Me and my family were delighted to see we had such a cool and great tour guide, as well as funny and friendly. He gave us in only one day a really good view of Rio de Janeiro. We are portuguese, and me and my mother had never been in here, and we understood the culture really well. Thiago took us to the most remarkable points of the city, such as Cristo Redentor. He is really understanding and he tries very hard for people to enjoy the tour. As a teenager who never likes to go on tours, I am pretty sure that this was the best one I’ve been into, because our guide made sure we were comfortable and enjoying the trip. Also, Thiago’s car was brand new and really clean. If you want to visit Rio, I am absolutely sure you should book a guided tour on this company, because it is the perfect mix beetween history, fun and important places of the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our private tour with Thiago from Confortour. He was full of information about Brasil and Rio... Historic, cultural, environmental, social, and just random, fun facts. He helped us not just see and do a variety of things, but helped us learn about Brasil while engaging in the activities. He was truly wonderful. Be prepared for chaos at the port of Santos Brazil. It was a little confusing. Our driver was in contact with us at all times which was a big plus!!! There were people there at the port that seemed like they were trying to get us to take another vehicle but our driver said not to get into any vehicle. He provided us with a picture of his license plate so we would know which vehicle was his. Once we were picked up it was a smooth ride to the hotel in São Paulo.

Vitor was our guide and honestly made the whole experience seamless. He reached out a couple of days in advance, gave great recommendations, and made sure we even got a backstage Carnival experience, which was incredible. The SUV was very comfortable, and everything was well organized from start to finish. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond. He felt more like a friend than a guide, even helping us negotiate while street shopping. Highly recommend this agency, and definitely ask for Vitor if you can.

We had an amazing day! Weather was fantastic of course but our driver and guide did a great job. Never felt rushed. Everything worked out as intended and we got to see everything we wanted to see. :) Joao speaks really good english and to my delight also German. We had a great and fun day in Rio. A wonderful tour customised especially for us, Thiago our guide and driver was excellent, he was a wealth of knowledge about everything we saw and Brazil as a whole, he could not have been more helpful. First we took the operators suggestion to visit the City of Samba, what a fun outing that was, We next visited Sugarloaf mountain followed by a drive by Ipanema Beach with the famous song playing in the background. I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough, First rate service.

There was very good communication from the operator leading up to this tour. Guide took us to the major sites and provided great explanations. She was easy to understand and her volume was great. We had a person in our group with hearing impairment and she was very happy the guide spoke so loudly and clearly. The weather was cloudy and a little rainy so we didn't get the best views, but that has nothing to do with the tour or the guide. Guide was very informative and energetic. The highlight was the Carnaval Experience tour. Everyone was so nice there. The other highlight was the guide taking us to lunch after the tour at the Brazilian Steakhouse Assador. Wonderful food, great service, amazing views. It was a little pricey compared to everything else we experienced, but worth it.

Vitor did an excellent job as our all day tour guide (our plane didn't leave Rio till 930pm) He was helpful and courteous. He offered interesting history and backround into sights. He explained things clearly. We were in good hands and learned a lot about Rio and history.

We had a great time. Pedro, our guide, is a historian. We asked him to take us to historical sites in Rio. He took us to many interesting sites and with his knowledge of history made each site we visited interesting and educational. He was an excellent guide and would highly recommend him and this tour to anyone interested in touring around Rio.

Our unique family group of 5 had 1 full day to see as much of Rio as we chose. We were very fortunately paired with Vitor as our local guide. As a native, he was able to answer all our questions and make suggestions that enhanced our experience. His English is perfect and sprinkled with a little Disney magic as well, lol. He was patient, informative and very knowledgeable. We especially appreciated when he guided us to a souvenir shop in a heavily touristed area where he felt it was safe for us to use our credit cards and not be overcharged. Another perk of a truly local guide. His vehicle was well equipped with bottled water, his local beverage of choice that he wanted to share with us, as well as his favorite cookies 👍Plus, hand sanitizer, tissues, etc. Very well done. Pedro was an excellent guide. So relaxing to know that you could see anything you wanted at your own pace. He made sure we knew exactly how to get in the right lines at the major attractions and safely navigated us through parts of old town that were a bit sketchy. Easy to talk to.

We started with a stunning view of the beaches from the Cristo Redentor, then toured iconic points of the city ( perfect for my teenager ig pictures) and ended with a caipirinha at the Leblon beach. We had a great experience before, during and after the tour! Guide knew the art and history of the city, made us feel the wonders of Rio. He was on time, drove safe through the city and spoke Spanish, English and Portuguese. Vitor brought us from the airport to our Copacabana hotel. We discussed transport and a tour to distant Buzios. Two days later was the infamous Lady Gaga concert. While trying to simply get through the crowds of 2 million I lost my phone and credit cards to 2 different pick pocketers. Without my phone I was unable to communicate with Vitor. But knowing our hotel and discussions during the night of the airport/hotel ride, he reached out to us. Words cannot describe the helpfulness and kindness we were given for the remainder of our stay. If you're looking for a transport and/or tour service in Rio, then this is the one you want. If you're lucky you'll get Vitor.

Only way to see Rio. Vitor was an amazing guide who helped navigate the busy roads of Rio to get through as much sightseeing as possible. We only had one day and he gave us great suggestions for fast track and the most delicious lunch which we would never have found without him. Highly recommend that you choose this way to see Rio at your leisure and choose the sights you want to go to. He went out of his way to capture the perfect photos for us!!! He took us to places not on the normal tours and managed to get us back in time to drop us at Arpoadour for sunset.

Excellent tour of Rio de Janeiro. We were picked up right on time, as scheduled. The car we toured in was comfortable and air conditioned. We saw a lot of the city in a short amount of time. The guide took us to a delicious, out of the way restaurant for dinner and then dropped us at the airport in time for our evening flight. It was a wonderful tour!

Our guide, Frederico, collected us from our hotel on time for our custom tour of Rio de Janeiro. He has lived in Rio for all of his life and was knowledgeable about all aspects of the city. Some friends and I looked at various options on Trip Advisor with a few must sees and were open to suggestions. We came upon this group good reviews etc and booked! Boy did we make the right choice I would highly recommend this group Vitor was amazing fluent english beyond knowledgeable we were not only getting great sites but history and cultural significance mixed in.
