The best tour guide I have ever had! I had an absolutely wonderful experience exploring Rio de Janeiro with Bernard. From the very beginning, I felt completely safe and comfortable with him – even as a woman travelling on my own in such a huge and vibrant city. Everything was incredibly well organized. Bernard planned the sightseeing in detail, taking into account the weather conditions, timing and what would make the most sense on the day, so I could simply relax and enjoy Rio without worrying about anything. But what made the experience truly special was Bernard himself. He is extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful and genuinely interesting to talk to. I learned so much about Rio, Brazil, its culture and everyday life, but our conversations also went far beyond the usual tourist topics. His background and knowledge made our discussions fascinating, and I really appreciated the depth and openness of our conversations. I came away not only with beautiful memories and a much better understanding of Rio, but also with the feeling that I had experienced the city in a very personal and authentic way. If you are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, knowledgeable and, above all, someone you can genuinely feel safe and comfortable with, I cannot recommend Bernard highly enough. Thank you, Bernard, for making my time in Rio so special!

We coordinated two full-day tours with Bernard for a group of 6 coming from the US. His communication through the booking process and leading up to the trip was perfect for my type-A needs. We had a list of requested stops that he melded into suggested itineraries with additional local stops mixed-in that was ideal for our group (lunch at Apraziel will probably always be a favorite memory of mine!). Bernard's personality was so personal and welcoming - we never felt rushed throughout our stops, and he was a wealth of information for both adults and kids. He skillfully navigated us around some extremely crowded locations - scenarios that would have taken up so much more time had we done it alone. We would 100% recommend him to anyone travelling to the Rio area. Pro tip: take him up on snapping some group photos on his phone to send you - the quality was amazing!! (Separately - Bernard coordinated a larger van/driver due to the size of our group - it was extremely comfortable and safe, a feature we haven't always experienced in other travels!)
We had an amazing day in Rio. Bernard spoke great English, knows the city super well and took us to the top places! We stopped for lunch at a good spot with a great view as well. It was definitely worth it. We saw so much more than we would have on our own. We felt safe and learned a ton! We would hire him again for sure! Thanks Bernard for a great day in Rio!
If you are looking for the best private tour guide in Rio de Janeiro, hire Bernard. He was absolutely incredible and completely transformed our work/vacation trip into an unforgettable experience. He customized the entire tour around what we wanted to see, our schedule, and even adjusted throughout the day based on the weather. We saw Christ the Redeemer, hiked through Tijuca National Park and the jungle, saw monkeys, explored local areas, and learned so much about Rio from someone who actually grew up here. What made Bernard exceptional was not just his knowledge of Rio de Janeiro, but how patient and responsive he was. He answered countless questions, both during the tour and later through WhatsApp, and gave us amazing local recommendations the entire trip. He helped us understand what life is really like in this beautiful tropical city and shared insights you would never get on a large group tour. He also knew exactly where to go and how to navigate the city efficiently, which allowed us to avoid long waits and maximize our time. We got all the benefits of being tourists without the stress and hassle of a crowded group experience. Everything felt personal, smooth, and tailored specifically to us. We packed a tremendous amount into a short trip thanks to Bernard, and I would recommend him to absolutely anyone visiting Rio. One of the best guides I have ever worked with anywhere in the world.
Bernard picked us up from our hotel and we had a lovely day visiting Christ the Redeemer, the Steps , the Cathedral and around that area . We decided not to get the tram up to Santa Teresa as the queue was too long so we drove up there and had a lovely meal in a nice restaurant with great views . The weather wasn’t great but we managed to do alot . He is a really nice guy , very knowledgable and flexible so we adapted to the weather etc on the day . He is great on restaurant recommendations too as he is from Rio so a local . We would thoroughly recommend him as a tour guide . He even loaned us his umbrellas! Brits abroad 😬
Bernard was a fabulous Guide and we visited places that we wouldn't be er have found on our own. We had a very busy day but it was so well organised by Bernard and the transport was good. A super day enjoyed by us all. Would highly recommend.
My parents and I booked Bernard for a 5-hour tour split across two days. Since my parents are in their 70s, I was very intentional about finding a guide who could show us the historical highlights of Rio and keep a comfortable pace. Bernard didn’t meet our expectations....he far exceeded them. From the very beginning, he was incredibly open to our ideas and transparent about what would work best for us. He worked with me weeks in advance to thoughtfully design an itinerary that showcased the beauty and history of Rio without ever feeling rushed. His deep knowledge of the city was clear from the moment we met him. As someone who grew up in Rio, he could answer even our most detailed questions with ease and enthusiasm. Bernard was consistently mindful of the pace, especially during walking portions, and he planned the timing of each stop perfectly. He even adjusted which days we visited certain attractions based on the weather so we could have the best experience possible. His communication throughout the entire process was fast, organized, and extremely helpful. He sent the initial itinerary within just a few hours, checked in regularly, and his English is excellent. Overall, you would truly be missing out on an amazing guide if you don’t book with Bernard. He is professional, knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely cares about creating the best experience for his guests. Thank you, Bernard, for helping us fall in love with Rio. With love, from Canada!
We had the absolute pleasure of spending two unforgettable days in Rio de Janeiro with our phenomenal tour guide, Bernard. He is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also highly educated, with a psychology degree and the rare talent of speaking three language, Portuguese, English, and French with total ease. From start to finish, Bernard curated our experience with impeccable taste, He introduced us to the soul of Rio, sharing historical details, cultural context, and thoughtful commentary everywhere we went. He took us to all the iconic sites, including Christ the Redeemer, with the stunning Sugarloaf Mountain and Rio’s extraordinary modern cathedral, the Metropolitan Cathedral of São Sebastião, built in 1978, with unique architecture and spectacular floor to ceiling stained-glass walls. Our experience continued with the breathtaking Tijuca National Park, the serene Botanical Gardens, beautiful mountain trails, and the refreshing waterfall tucked inside the lush forest. We also visited the world famous Escadaria Selarón, with its vibrant and colorful mosaic tiles and more… Bernard worked seamlessly with excellent and very professional bus drivers, making our journey smooth and comfortable at every moment. We learned so much, saw so much, and most importantly, felt deeply cared for throughout the experience. Bernard is truly exceptional—a guide who combines education, cultural passion, and heart. We could not recommend him more highly. Bernard deserves 5 stars! Sincerely The Captain!
We booked Bernard before arriving in Rio and asked him to show us Christ the Redeemer and Tijulca Forest. Bernard picked us up early in the morning and spent the majority of the day with us. He was brilliant - very calm and explained things in nigh on perfect English. He took us to a lovely little cafe and showed us all the things we wanted to, explaining everything as we went. We asked so many questions about so many things, but he answered them all. Highly recommend
We did two full days with Bernard and our two boys (ages 14 & 11) and it couldn’t have been better. Bernard was great with pre-trip communication and helping organize the best two days. We moved our visits to Christ and Sugarloaf to day 2 due to weather (clouds/rain) and it was definitely the right call…he also helped us get the right tickets to avoid long lines (it also helps to be with a guide to avoid lines). Our tour of Santa Theresa and downtown were really fun as well….with Bernard sharing a mix of personal stories and history. Lunches both days were yummy and at local spots we wouldn’t jot have found without Bernard. Don’t hesitate if you are going to Rio, Bernard is your man!!
I was in Rio de Janeiro from 11th to 17th July 2025 for a media summit and had two free days. I arranged a one-and-a-half-day tour with Bernard — and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my trip. Bernard is a superb planner. In just a short time, he managed to show me all the major attractions of Rio, including hidden gems I wouldn’t have discovered on my own. He is incredibly knowledgeable — whether it’s Brazil’s history, culture, or economy, he shares insights with clarity and enthusiasm. Warm, pleasant, and highly professional, Bernard made the experience both enjoyable and enriching. His English is excellent, which made communication smooth and easy. Whether you’re a solo traveler or visiting with a small group, I highly recommend Bernard as your guide in Rio. You’ll be in good hands. An added bonus - he is a great photographer! He captures the best of me in every picture.
Bernard was a great guide. We really enjoyed the schedule he prepared for us. The Christ, The Santa Teresa neighborhood with a local restaurant where we tried feijoada and were able to have a great conversation and get to know more about Brazilian and Carioca life and culture. He also recommended to us places to listen to live samba music and even watch a football match at Copacabana beach. Bernard really made our visit to Rio unforgettable. We strongly recommend that you book a tour with Bernard when visiting Rio.
We traveled from Australia and were searching for a private, trusted guide in Rio - Bernard was just the one! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable with flexibility to make the most of our time. He was an excellent driver and a highlight for us was lunch at Santa Teresa where he was clearly a respected member of the community. Communication was excellent and I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
We had a great couple of days with Bernard who showed us around Rio. Bernard is a very knowledgeable guide, and above all, he is a pleasure to be around. Whilst we went to the usual main attractions with Bernard, he also showed us quite a few things off the beaten path that we wouldn’t have seen without his local knowledge. Having Bernard as a tour guide definitely enhanced our experience of Rio!
Our tour with Bernard was absolutely unforgettable! Visiting Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf Mountain was breathtaking, and Bernard ensured we had the best views and photo opportunities. What sets Bernard apart is his passion for Rio—he doesn’t just show you the sights, he brings them to life with history and local insights. We’ve toured with him multiple times, and each experience is better than the last! If you’re visiting Rio, don’t hesitate—book a tour with Bernard! He goes above and beyond, and I can’t recommend him enough.
We had a great time with Bernard! Very easy to set up a pick up time/location and offered multiple tour options due to potential inclement weather. We stuck with the typical tour (Christ the Redeemer - > Selaron Stairs / Santa Teresa -> Sugarloaf Mountain) but Bernard thought to switch up the order so we could avoid the rain (which we thankfully did). Bernard was very knowledgeable, understood/communicated in English perfectly, and brought a great, chill vibe to the tour, giving us as much time as we wanted at each stop. We capped it off with a fantastic lunch at a local restaurant in Santa Teresa. A+ experience! Recommend wholeheartedly to any small group.
As we had limited time in Rio, we booked a personal tour with Bernard and we had the most wonderful and productive time in the city. We outlined what we hoped to do and Bernard created an itinerary for us which he delivered. We could not have covered all places doing it ourselves and the engagement of Bernard was the smartest decision we made. We’d recommend his services to anyone looking for a customised and unique tour of Rio.
I had the pleasure of experiencing Bernard’s tour while on a work trip with my former company. Despite the chaos surrounding me, Bernard was a calming presence throughout the entire day. His sweet and calm demeanor truly helped me get through a lot of anxious moments. As someone with ADHD and really bad social anxiety, certain situations—especially when people aren’t treating others well—can easily trigger my anxiety. But Bernard’s kindness, patience, and deep knowledge about the city were a bright light in the midst of all that was going on. He made me feel comfortable, cared for, and truly helped me enjoy the experience in a way that might not have been possible otherwise. Meeting Bernard and visiting Rio definitely changed my life in a positive way. I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to visit Rio again, but I’m glad I got to experience it at least once in this lifetime. Plus, he’s amazing at taking Instagram-worthy pictures, so you’ll come away with beautiful memories of your trip! If you’re looking for a guide who is not only knowledgeable but also brings a sense of peace and understanding, Bernard is your guy. Thank you, Bernard, for being such a wonderful part of my trip!
Bernard was such an amazing tour guide; it was like he was part of our group who just knew everything about Rio! we felt super safe with him & he had the perfect itinerary for a day excursion to learn about the city!
This was the best tour guide i have ever had. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, fun, and accommodating. We saw Santa Teresa, Sugarloaf Mountain, Lapa Steps and Christ the Redeemer. The private tour was perfect and made the experience worth going. Lunch spot was amazing with live music and we had the best time. I’d recommend Bernard for anyone looking to explore Rio!
I took Bernard's solo tour back in April to prepare for our company trip of 30 in July. Bernard helped me design and organized 5 full & half day tours span across the entire week. He enlisted 3 other trusted guides for all our activities, got VIP tickets in advance, and everyday helped me coordinate the drivers, our very tight schedules, as well as guiding the group of his charge. Everyone loved him and the guides of his choice, and it was the trip of a lifetime for everyone, miraculously seamless without even one glitch. We tour the Sugar Loaf, Bernard picked the perfect time to go before the crowd. We did the walking tour of Ipanema and enjoyed lots of shopping. We went to the Botanical Garden full of interesting plants and small monkeys. We did the private Carnival Experience with costumes, dance, and drumming lessons follow by visit to the Lapa Steps and a lovely lunch and tour of the Santa Teresa. Some of us hiked the Two Brother’s Mountain (very challenging for the beginners). On the last day, Christ the Redeemer + Saturday Market (excellent) near by. Some of these activities were planned last minute, Bernard sprang to action at moment’s notice and made all our travel dreams comes true.
This month I spent two weeks of vacation in Rio. The first week my family and I visited the beautiful landmarks of Rio. We didn't specifically take a tour but used the information and resources available at the sites. The second week my friends flew in and decided to take Bernard's tour. My friends researched it and were interested. We are so glad we took his tour! Bernard's knowledge of Rio's history, his ability to educate us, and share the culture was so valuable and interesting. We were also able to visit a landmark that I had not previously visited and was unaware of. Bernard is patient, attentive, and has a great sense of humor. Oh and he takes pics for you too! I highly recommend this private tour as it provides you with a wealth of knowledge, memorable experiences and fun in Rio de Janiero!
It was my second time in Rio and my fiancé Hugo’s first. I wanted to make sure we would be safe and have a great, local experience while visiting the most beautiful city in the world. I found Bernard online and immediately found him to be super professional, attentive and kind. It was the best choice - We had the most amazing day exploring Rio, Bernard is a local and showed us not only the old centre, Lapa, Santa Teresa, the Cristo, the Catedral, the Maracaña stadium… but also many unique ‘miradouros’ and hidden gems (I am not going to disclose them) coupled with the best historical facts and story telling!! The cherry on top of the already amazing day was the tastiest feijoada we had in Santa Teresa! Thank you Bernard - we will see you again and we are happily recommending Bernard to all of our friends! Abraços Céline and Hugo from Amsterdam/Lima!🇧🇷
Not only was Bernard a wealth of information both historically and relevant, but he was pleasant, funny and took his job seriously. He wowed us all and made us feel at home in his country. Not to mention we fell in love with Brazil!
Bernard is an incredible guide and human being. Big picture, we were able to see many of Rio’s amazing sights in a timely manner. Bernard was very knowledgeable and well-spoken, so it was excellent getting to learn about Rio’s history and culture through him. We went on a hike near Dos Hermanos with unreal views of the entire city and sea, went into the National Park, visited Christ the Redeemer, Santa Theresa, and finally took the tram up Sugarloaf. He made it all work easily. He had excellent suggestions and easily integrated our wishes. His services were affordable, flexible, and fun! He enhanced our Rio experience exponentially. Did I mention he’s a great dude to hang with? Everyone in our group had an excellent time with Bernard and I could not more highly recommend him.
I had a one-day tour and it was great! Bernard is an excellent guide! He showed me the main and well known attractions (e.g., Christ the Redeemer, Lapa Steps, etc), but also gave me a flavour of less known areas (e.g., Santa Teresa). Highly recommended!
We had a great day touring Rio's major sites with Bernard (full-day tour). He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, passionate about his city, and most of all was extremely accommodating and patient with our 4 and 6 year old boys. Bernard speaks a variety of languages and was happy to answer all our questions - with interesting historical anecdotes and detail. We would highly recommend Bernard and we will surely get in touch again on our next visit to Rio!
Bernard is the best guide in Rio! He showed us all over the city and was extremely knowledgeable of the area. Kind and friendly. I can’t wait to go back.
Bernard was an amazing guide! He did such a good job showing us his beautiful city. I would recommend him to everyone who visits Rio. He made our travel experience so smooth.
Outstanding experience! Bernard is the man and finds the perfect balance of activities based on the group’s interests. Easy going and knowledgeable - highly recommend to anyone looking to check out the sites in Rio.
Bernard is the best of the best, and our driver made us feel safe too. The views speak for themselves, and the history we learned through Bernard’s storytelling made for an unforgettable experience. He is flexible, thoughtful, and personalizes the experience to the group. We wish we could have spent every day of our trip with Bernard - it made us even more passionate to return to Rio!
We took a 2 days tour to rio de janeiro highlights, makes us comfortable during the trip, brought us to best spots in sugarloaf and downtown area plus a bonus to santa teresa for a lunch and let us to visit one baroque beautifully design church. Highly recommendable to book a tour to Bernard you will never regret, it’s worth it.
From the book cover, Rio has a short list of attractions you can check off in one day. To the contrary, what I found beneath the glitzy surface of this fabled Brazilian city is an endearing Carioca lifestyle, attitude, that is best to be discovered and savored slowly. With a brilliant storyteller like Bernard, my short stopover in the city known for beaches and carnivals evolved into a trip of lifelong learning and one that I will repeat in the heart beat. Like many of you here, I found Bernard on Tours by Locals, I was drawn to the smile of his profile photo, though the simple description doesn’t say much or made him stand out. My initial thought was to cover the high-lights in one day which seems possible from all the tour descriptions I found online, I told Bernard this through WhatsApp, and we agreed to a start time based on logistic. Our tour started with a pick up at 8:30, he was punctual and greeted me with a wide smile from the side of his vehicle. Our first stop was Sugar Loaf, from it’s many stunning viewpoints, Bernard revealed Rio’s past and present through the numerous geographic markers and neighborhoods nestled along the gorgeous coastlines. I don’t know if it was the way he spoke, easy going and thoughtful, the stories told from the view points high up led to a different agenda, one that’s not about rushing through the major attractions, but much more enjoyable journey of the surrounding area. Our detour started with a walk through Parque Lage where he insisted, like a good teacher, for me to try harder to spot a young Toucan in the trees, and a moss covered stone cistern used by the African slaves to wash their clothes. As he was explaining how the park also houses one of the major art school in Rio, and an authentic arts & crafts market for the indigenous community, we came upon a mother proudly showing and selling her son's paintings while he teaches inside the art school. Bernard’s mastery at guiding comes through his ability to simultaneously connect the dots and made everything relevant for a first time visitor. At my invitation, we enjoyed a delicious lunch at a local buffet nearby; and wrapped up the tour with a short and sweet visit of more wow inducing view points and a majestic waterfall in the Tijuca Forest. Bernard was genuinely engaging with everyone we encountered, be it the shop owner, the guards, the parking attendants, and we ran into his friends from all walks of life everywhere we went. Traveling with Bernard was like being with a sage friend who can show you new things and teach you how to best understand and enjoy it. The conversations we had were all highly memorable and enjoyable. With an open agenda and no reservation, Bernard is the best way to enjoy the River of January- Rio de Janeiro.
If you are looking to do a tour in Rio de Janiero, Bernard is your man! Great English and great knowledge of all the attractions/places to visit in Rio. Bernard is the best and would recommend him to everyone. Thanks again for everything Bernard, we had a brilliant time in Rio!
We have just returned from Rio de Janeiro. We hired Bernard Moraes months ago based on Tripadvisor reviews. We opted for a 7-hour tour that included a drive and walk through the Tijuca Forest, stops at the waterfall, Pedro Bonita (paragliding), The Chinese Vista, St Theresa neighbourhood and the world famous Selaron Steps in Lapa. We were not disappointed. In fact, we were delighted and thrilled to have Bernard as our guide. Finding the right guide is an unpredictable exercise and it can make or break your experience. We found the right one! Bernard is an excellent guide. He speaks English extremely well and is immensely proud of his city Rio. He is highly educated and deeply knowledgeable about his city. He has a very pleasant manner, demeanour and is very personable. He answered all our questions perfectly and gave us many suggestions on where to eat and what to see. He introduced us to a superb restaurant in the Saint Theresa neighbourhood where we had an incredible lunch (Aprazivel). Bernard is a genuinely nice and decent human being. He wants to learn as much about us as we want to learn about Rio. We were a group of four and it felt like being with a friend we had known all our life. I highly recommend Bernard as your Rio guide. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. Our experience in Rio felt so much richer after the tour with this excellent guide.
Bernard is an excellent guide. His English is impeccable and his manner very pleasant. He was completely flexible with our itinerary and extremely knowledgeable about Rio. He was very helpful and, even after our day spent with him, he continued to help with any queries or restaurant recommendations via WhatsApp. We would highly recommend Bernard as a tourist guide.
Great tour of Rio, lots of highlights and a great lunch. Bernard was knowledgeable and warm and we really enjoyed his company and insight.
Bernard is the best! I thoroughly enjoyed this tour, and he tailored the day as we went based on my interests, from the big stuff (the Redeemer), little tucked away eats (like lunch on the rocks at the harbor at Praia do Forte) and street art. Bernard is also full of really interesting stories about Rio and the significance of all the sites we visited. More than anything else though, Bernard is such a nice and friendly guy, and so curious about other people, that it felt like I was just hanging out with a friend getting to see the city he loves through his eyes. Don't pass up the chance to tour with Bernard.
Bernard has had 10 years experience guiding tourists in Rio. He really knows his city. Weather meant we needed a flexible schedule and that was no problem. I really liked the small private tour because of that and because it meant we could cover more ground. I especially liked his taking us to cool places: Confeitaria Colombo and the Potteresque Royal Portuguese Cabinet of Reading. Thank you Bernard.
Bernard was friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. A great tour guide that I highly recommend. I was really worried about security and getting around but he made our time in Rio a pleasure. We even booked him again a second day for him to take us to all the places he thought we should see. I just left it up to him. I would book his services again in a flash.
Bernard is an absolute professional. I had an incredible day with him seeing all the main sights but more importantly seeing the sights that only locals know. His knowledge about all things Rio is incredible and he has a great understanding of how to adapt the day to the style of the tourist. He did a great job of making the day fun and educational. I highly recommend his tour!
We spent two days with Bernard sharing the wonderful sights of Rio. Bernard was really nice, great local knowledge and we loved that he just gaged how we were feeling and what we wanted to see do. Bernard introduced us to local food and we had a great two days. Thanks Bernard
With 2 kids, it was important for us to take a private tour so that we could move at our own pace. Uncle Bernard (as our kids ended up calling him) was perfect at giving us options throughout the day. We even took pictures with the Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr as we ran into him at one of the destinations. Uncle Bernard was the perfect guide for our first full day in Rio. We highly recommended him!
We spent 3 amazing days with Bernard visiting the best that Rio had to offer. He was very punctual as well as knowledgeable, nothing was too much bother, and he made our trip to Rio very special indeed. He has a great manner and is alot of fun to be with. If you love food let Bernard chose where you eat we shared some great food from two of his favourite eateries. I would recommend Bernard to anyone who wants to see RIo.
Bernard met us on time as we disembarked the cruise ship. He maintained a wonderful pace as we explored all of the sites we had intended to visit. His English was perfect, and his demeanor was wonderful. When asked to recommend a place for lunch he provided a number of options for us to consider. We settled on a delightful place in his own neighborhood. At our invitation, Bernard joined us for lunch and helped us navigate the menu. He volunteered many times to take pictures of my wife and me which help us recall fondly our visit to Rio. He was, in all respects, a professional, and my wife and I feel fortunate to have had him as our guide. I most highly recommend him. Frankly, the entire day was fantastic owing to the way Bernard helped us and informed us as we made our way about Rio. Just perfect!
If anybody wants to get a private tour, please contact Bernard. Nice and serios person, had a lot of fun!, very good talks and inside information about Rio and Brasil. Thats what you need visiting Rio! Many thanks Bernard an warm greetings Theodor
Ok! Not sure where to start, with Bernard or the unbelievable day we had with him in Rio! On our first full day, my BFF and I decided to do the private tour with Bernard after reading all the incredible reviews about him, as well as to get a general "lay of the land" around Rio. Not only is Bernard kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable, he intuitively understood how to tailor the tour to us while navigating subtleties like weather, crowds, tour flow, and even dietary needs. His love of Brazil and Rio is infectious. The description of him we both agreed on later in the trip is "Incredible Human." The second aspect is the tour itself. We saw Christ, many overlooks in Tijuca Forrest above Rio complete with monkeys and tucans, the cathedral, downtown, ate super delicious food, saw the steps, and so much more. All the while, Bernard had so many interesting pieces of information to share while maintaining a chill, super-positive experience. We took many tours and had an incredible time in Rio, but over and over again we rated our day with Bernard as one of our top experiences. 100/100
Bernard was an absolutely amazing guide! He was knowledgeable about the culture and history of Rio and spending the day with him felt like spending the day with a friend. The weather forecast was rainy and cloudy so he made some great recommendations for us to change the itinerary to optimize our experience. I HIGHLY recommend Bernard if you’re in Rio, you won’t regret it!
Spent an awesome day with Bernard! I would highly recommend booking a full day tour, definitely worth it! Looking forward to going back to Rio and spending more time with Bernard! Thank you!!
Flexible great guide with long experience and nice personality. We followed Bernado’s suggestion to visit Rio’s landmarks as well as looking at the city from a distance. Some viewpoints at high altitude were stunning.
