I booked this trip as my last day in Rio, was very excited by the tour description and I request English as my option. 7 am was pick up time … was messaged the night before to say 7:50 am pick up … waited until 8:30 before I was picked up by coach (large tour) then took another hour to pick up more people before we started the 3 hours journey. The tour guide did not speak a word of English or Spanish … I was the only foreign person on the coach traveling solo. The tour guide made no effort to explain what was happening or the itinerary for the day … I tried to call the tour operator but no answer. Apparently the bout trip was cancelled due to weather conditions. I was alone all day with no idea what was happening .., was a very long journey and even longer with all the pick ups and drop offs. Got back by 10pm while the actual trip was 2 hours on first beach which was the only nice part of the trip, 1 hour below average lunch, one hour on another beach - which was very boring and nothing to see and 45 min sunset stop on another below average beach. No one told me how long were the stops for and had to keep an eye out for the tour guide incase they left without me!!!! very disappointed over all. Definitely not worth it and left bad taste to otherwise a very good trip in Rio.

Do not take this tour. The worst ever. One star because I could not give 0. We were picked up an hour and a half late (tour says 7:00 am, picked up at 8:25). The tour company has no one to answer phones and no one sent us a message telling us they we’re running that late. Then we drove around Rio picking up 15 other people; then taken on a 4.5 hour bus drive. We were so late arriving (2:00 pm), that we missed the last extremely packed ferry boat. Where humans were on board packed like sardines in the height of Covid. We were lied to, and told the that the coast guard had cancelled the trips, but I overheard others saying that the last ferry was full for the day. So we didn’t even get to go. They told us they were cancelled so it didn’t look like it was because we were so late. They said they would only return $6 dollars ($30 Reais) of our money as that was all the ferry ride was worth. Even though it was the only reason we had elected to go. The guide wanted us to pay more money so we could do other things in Arraial. The other option was to drive to other beaches so we could swim on the beach, something I could have done right outside my own hotel back in Rio. The tour description says the tour is 12 hours, no, we were told we would be back between 11:00 pm and 1:00 am (18 hours, if you count from when we were supposed to leave) because of “traffic,” but we were told this only after we were 4.5 hours away from Rio. It was so bad my wife and I elected to pay $150.00 US dollars to take a taxi the 180 kilometers back to Rio… We lost an entire day of our vacation on a face-masked bus/taxi ride, and got nothing of what we planned. I’ll be fighting to get my money back, which I’m sure will result in nothing. Because there is no accountability… The whole trip is a disorganized shuttle-ride to an extremely commercialized pre-packaged, fast-food-style cattle-herding operation… that is… if you even get to do it.
Well we arrived after the 3hours ride. Then to no surprise...no boat...so I was pissed. Well they had us eat the buy more tickets for a buggy ride...I feel taken advantage of. The beaches were nice. I just want my refund for what I didn't do
We had an amazing guide, really enjoyed the beaches and the boat cruise was so much fun and vibrant. The drive is very long so be prepared but it’s definitely worth it
Terrible trip. The description did not mention that this was pretty much a party boat. Very loud and crowded. Bare minimal English spoken by the guides. Was not meant for snorkeling. No fish and no spot to snorkel, just swim.
The trip was great, highly organized , safe, and fun. Its a great day trip from Rio, and some of the nicest beaches/clearest water I've ever seen.
This was supposed to be a English speaking tour. Our tour guide did not speak English. When we asked if he can translate what he said in Portuguese to English he said no. Once in awhile he would pull up Google translate. From our understanding of this tour, I thought we were taking a boat to Arraial do Cabo but we drove over two hours in a bus. The boat tour was cancel due to strong current which is fine since we cant predict mother nature. The tour guide brought us to two different beaches and the rest of the time he basically said to go find something to do. Very disappointed. He knew boat tour was cancel before we started our journey. He should have given us the option if we wanted to continue or stay back. We wasted a precious day
Got up 5am for pick up After driving around for a couple of hours picking up other people bus broke down and we returned. I hope I will get a refund.

Not a tour for English speakers. Guide barely spoke English.

The day was perfect. After an early pick-up at the hotel, we went to Arraial do Cabo it's a 2-3 hours ride depends on traffic. We stop in the morning for coffee etc not included. We had around thirty minutes at the port before going on the boat, there were some shops, food and restrooms. Then we went for a four hours cruise, we stopped 30 minutes at Praia do do Forno and Praia do Farol. Our guide Isaac was very nice and friendly as well as the cruise crew. On the boat, there were food and drinks not included, music. I would definitely recommend this tour because the landscapes were amazing.

A nice journey, very enjoyable the sea and the beaches of Arraial. It is advisable to go between March and April, the water is warmer. BE CAREFUL, find out if the boats leave, because when there is wind the Navy does not let them set sail, and they travel by taxi..., which does not reach Praia do Farol, which is the most beautiful (nature reserve). Lastly, cell phone water covers are sold for Arraial R$5. Have a good trip!
No se dio el tour completo, solo duro 2 horas y llegas a casa destino apurado sin relajarte como tal
Agency amazing! gave all the support on the ride to Arraial of the Cape, a beautiful place, in addition to being punctual. I highly recommend.
Stunning and incredible beauty. Preserved by IBAMA, it has the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. Especially "As Prainhas", from a degradée blue that I haven't seen on any beach on the Brazilian coast; sea of extremely crystal clear waters. The finest white sand you can inhale. From the top of Pontal do Atalaia, the landscape is impressive, with views of Farol Island, Las Prainhas and the Boqueirão.
We went by the promenade. Excellent. Quick transfer with stop for short breakfast in Rio Bonito. Guide Alex de Arraial and driver Sapo amazing. Alex always attentive, concerned and kind to everyone. You know everything about Arraial. It was unforgettable. City of beautiful beaches with highlight to the oven beach. View from the top of the trail eh impermeable and the beach in se eh amazing.
It is a very beautiful place and the boat ride was amazing with very nice and cheerful people. But it should be noted that the guide was always away from us or was not present and the truth a little moody the whole trip. The boat people with the boat guide were very good and very friendly, recommended to do the boat tour if or if!!!!
One of the most beautiful places I've visited in Rio de Janeiro. One day I want to go back and spend a night there. Since through tour the visit is very running.
It is a wonderful ride that no person going to Rio de Janeiro should miss. Paradise, entertaining, new with wonderful beaches.
It is a beach of white sands in which the sun as strong as it is when walking does not feel in the feet said heat, that if you have to use a lot of tanner because you can hardly find any shade, the very cold water.
Pros: Guia Pedro is spectacular, speaks 3 languages, has patience with the elderly and children always willing to help. Hours: The bus arrived at the hotel at the agreed time. Buy by the Nattrip website has a super discount. The boat food, service and prices are very good. The time of the walk is enough. CONTRA: No luxury bus and dirty bathroom. Go through a lot of hotels, lose two hours on it. Very crowded boat and the bathroom without any ventilation, tiny and very disgusting, the boat was called Corisco IX. It takes too long to stop at the sights (strands). I took the tour on 02.01.2018, so take this point into account. Yes I would travel again with Nattrip because it was a serious Enterprise.
