Our tour with Dandara was simply the best! She’s amazing, knowledgeable, and passionate about Rio. We saw so many wonderful things and felt so safe and secure while with her. She arranged the best things for us to see while visiting Rio. We originally booked one tour through our travel agent and hit the lottery with her. We ended up doing another full day with her and another 1/2 day. Dandara was fluent in English and had the best personality! This is the best tour guide and tour I have ever been on in my life! Dandara was so helpful attentive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend booking with her. Every other tour I did was a lot of Hassle and a lot of people. With her it was calm not rushed and a fun time. I did a private tour with her for a very reasonable price. They pick up you, in your hotel, it was a great trip and with relevant information from Gabriel during the tour, he was explaining us in Español & English, giving great tips for best places to take pictures in the Cristo Corcovado, and the trip around the city was a great way to explore the city and felt safer traveling with the group, and helping each other to take some picts. I booked the full-day private tour and saw Cristo Redendor, the Botanical Gardens, Santa Teresa neighborhood, and the Escadaria Selaron. Dandara was punctual, polite, provided good context via with light historical narration and rich, local knowledge of the city. The tour was so good I felt as I was on a trip with a friend. Ola! I did a city tour with Dandara and I must say it was one of the best tours I've ever taken! Dandara has deep knowledge about the history and background of many places we have visisted during our almost full-day tour around the city. She showed me almost all the important places and monuments and additionally many local spots which you wouldn't find in a tour guide. Not only was the tour really informative but having Dandara around is a delight and it has been a joy walking around the city with her, getting to know the city from a local with insight and discovering the city. She is an amazing tour guide and I can fully recommend her as an amazing tour guide and an even more amazing person.

This was a terrific adventurous day which gave us a really rich and thorough introduction to the glorious and vibrant city that is Rio De Janeiro! It was only our second day there so we were keen to see as much as we could and this tour was the perfect thing for that! We met some lovely people and we were very impressed with our tour guide, Dandara, who has an excellent command of English, Spanish and Portuguese. She was also very pleasant and interesting to chat to outside of the tour guide information sessions and was obviously passionate about her job, a fine representative of the city. All in all, would certainly recommend!!!

Thank you to Janiero Tour & Travel for making my short stay in Rio the amazing visit that it was! I made a short notice booking for just myself, the team were very friendly, very welcoming and always quick answering any questions I had. I was collected from my hotel on the morning of the tour, I then jumped on board their mini bus joining everyone else coming along for the visit, and we were whisked off for the day! Our tour guide Dandara was clear and efficient with her communication (in multiple languages, and the efficiency was super important because we had so much to see in a short space of time!) Given that I was travelling alone, I feel it's important to note that I felt very safe at all times. I met some lovely people and had a wonderful, informative visit of the city. The day was amazing! We were lucky enough to have Ana as Guide, she was fantastic as was the driver. We toured all the points of interest in Rio with great fluidity and good humor! Ana spoke perfect English and gave us lots of historical details and explanations. This tour is perfect to start a stay in Rio! The tour with Camille and Marcell was higher than expected. At 8.30am we were picked up from the hotel and then we went to Cristo Redentor, Tijuca Forest, Calle Santa Teresa (where we stopped for some delicious cheese bread). Then we passed through a favela to the stairs of Selaron. I can say that the tour was more than complete to see the main attractions that Rio offers and Camille's guide nice and clear. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy the beach and at the same time see Rio in a day and during the tour receive useful directions you local or sites to visit in the evening.

The walk was great. The guide Dandara is super friendly, attentive and knows a lot about the points visited. My experience was amazing, seeing how wonderful Rio de Janeiro is, and that there are not only beaches, the Christ Redemptor and the sugar bread, there are many beauties around the city that can be appreciated during the tour with the Dandara do Janeiro Tour, I found the explanations during the tour very well studied and based on a deep knowledge of who really likes what it does, I will return to Rio several times and make other trips with the Janeiro Tour, super recommend, great cost benefit, a complete tour and that exceeded my expectations.
