Buzios Tour From Rio With Boat Ride And Lunch

We really enjoyed the day Buzios is a quaint village by the sea, which rightly so it is called the french riviera of Brazil. We had a good lunch and a couple of dips in the sea. The boat was a very old galeon but served the best pina collada I ever had. It was a bit overcrowded but considering the short time on the boat it served its purpose. If you only have a day and u want to see buzios like we did I strongly recommend it. It was worth the long ride from Copacabana.

I am compelled to leave a negative review for this tour from Rio de Janeiro to Búzios. The experience was far from what was promised, and the service provided was utterly unacceptable. First, I specifically booked this tour under the assurance that it would be conducted in English, as I do not speak Spanish or Portuguese. However, upon arrival, I was placed on a bus where the tour was conducted entirely in Spanish. Unable to understand anything, I expressed my concerns to the tour guide, Catalina, and requested a refund since I could not participate as expected. Unfortunately, she was unable to communicate in English, and no solution was provided. After 30 minutes, Catalina assured me I would be transferred to another bus where English was spoken. To my dismay, the new bus conducted the tour in Portuguese, leaving me equally unable to follow along. Not only was the service I paid for completely different from what was delivered, but I was also blatantly lied to. This tour was an utter disappointment. It is unacceptable to mislead customers and fail to deliver on agreed upon services. For the price charged, I expected professionalism, honesty, and the experience I was promised. I strongly advise against booking this tour if you value transparency and quality service.

You will share a boat with other people who are not necessarily on the tour bus with you. Amazing!!!

Loved all parts of this experience. The tour guide gave us ample time to experience each stop and was engaging, taking photos of our group and making sure we were good. Loved the boat ride the most. My family swam at each stop, and the underwater pictures were great.

Lovely guide, lovely crew. Driver was a gentleman. Beautiful place. Nice snorkeling. None of the other passengers spoke English. Crew explained it all well

The trip from Rio de Janeiro to buzios is about 3 to 3 1/2 hours one way 6 to 7 hours round trip and we spent about 2 hours on the water. We where told that the excursion was going to involve 5 stops which it never happened after 3 stops they called it quits and went to have lunch and drove back to Rio de Janeiro. 6 to 7 hours of sitting on a bus for two hours in the water? NO THANK YOU. I would think twice before taking a tour like this again, there’s better things to do not to far away.

We waited at the lobby at 07.00 that pick us at 08.30 than we had to pick more people at the copacabana and the downtown we left 10.30 Rio the air conditioning didn’t work and the door of the bus had problems to open, we hav n Been promised lunch and we got tack at 17.00 we had to wait for the restaurant above 30 minutes in the warm weather, we didn’t have time to go around the city as we should go to the bus , the was supposed to end. At 21.30 we were at home 23.00, we are here for and 10 days we hope that you can refund some of the cost and Ofer us a free tour to Ilya de grande, we have been using this visitor I Cape Town without problems

Cons: The so called boat trip is a spot (standing room only) on a illegally crowded boat. If you board that boat, you are in danger of ending your vacation dead. The lunch was at a crowded (line out the door) stuffy buffet restaurant. There are plenty of comfortable, nice atmosphere restaurants in Buzios. For the price charged for this tour, a much better experience was expected. The tour guide spoke for 10 minutes the entire trip and was disorganized - told us the time to meet up was 5PM which ended up being changed to 7PM I am a carioca traveling with my American husband and I do not recommend this company. We ended up skipping the boat trip and taking an Uber to see the beaches. We also had to pass on the restaurant as the line was too long. Pros: Bus transportation was comfortable

Buzios was amazing, and I will recommend you to visit. However, not with this company. The tour was poorly organized, no information regarding the schedule, and the hotel pic-up was 1,5 hours late. They promise an English tour guide, but everything was in Portuguese. The tour guide was translating at the best of her ability, but we didn’t understand much.

<p>This excursion was a fun activity, but the travel time of 2.5 hours to and from Buzios takes away a good portion of your day. While on the boat you will stop at 3 different locations for a quick swim, but the boat doesn't stop at a beach or have anywher to lay out like a catamaran, so don't expect to relax and get a tan on this outing. There are food and drinks on the boat available for purchase, but you are welcome to bring your own snacks and beverages. In Buzios you have some time to eat and shop for souvenirs. Our tour guide provided us lunch at a buffet in town, but I'm not sure if this was included in the tour. Overall, the group I went with made for a good time, but a similar trip like this in Rio may be a better choice if you don't want to spend 5 hours of your day getting there and back.</p>

This experience was regrettable. And all due to the TERRIBLE planning The reasons for the bad day were multiple: 1. Total misinformation. There was never any clarity about the excursion and that limited its enjoyment 2. Destination 3 hours from Rio and they picked us up 30 minutes late. 3. There was another 40-minute delay at the outbound stop. The guide (Ezequiel) had very poor management of the time and the group. We arrived in Búzios at 1 pm 4. The bus was in a terrible state: * The air conditioning broke down, preceded by a burning smell that caused widespread fear among the tourists. * It had a deafening sound the whole way that was stunning and caused ear pain. * They were supposed to change the bus for the return trip, and they only fixed the air conditioning (a half-measure repair). * On the way back, it rained, and the bus had many leaks inside that got several tourists wet. * During a torrential downpour, they dropped us off at a place that was not our hotel, and we had to walk in the rain for a long time until we found it. 5. Upon arriving in Búzios, there was no clarity regarding the different places and plans to carry out; he only superficially mentioned a boat plan or a beach plan at the port. He never mentioned the spectacular town that there was to see and visit. 6. The time lost on the way there was NOT compensated for on the way back. 7. For such a long trip (6 hours), the departure should be much earlier to make good use of the day (6 to 6:30 am on the road), because the town is beautiful. 8. We notified the agency's WhatsApp, and the response was dismissive and rude: "You are in Rio de Janeiro, going to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, on a magnificent day, to go on a boat trip, that is to say, the dream of many people. If even so, with all those blessings, you are furious because there was a 20 or 30-minute delay in boarding, there is nothing I can do other than tell you that the trip lasts as long as it has to last, whether you arrive early or late. I hope you manage to enjoy the day." 9. Terrible experience for a town that is charming. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY AND THIS GUIDE FOR THIS TOUR. TERRIBLE

The experience was mostly unpleasant. The Amaro guide started well, however, when he arrived in Buzios he looked unwilling and so he continued all the time. He did not travel with us offshore, and on the boat there were people worried about his photography businesses, selling cocktails and soft drinks, masks for the sea and no one informed us in Spanish what happened and what followed, I was consulting with a gentleman who was there. Upon returning to the beach we were given a cold and ugly buffet lunch. We were given a little more dd an hour of free time, without giving us ideas of how beautiful the city was and how attractive it had. Nor were we given the possibility to stay in the city and not embark. The truth is not good experience

Me perdí en el tour y no pude contactarme con mi operador hasta 30 minutos después( a pesar de haber informado a los 5 minutos después que perdiera a mi grupo). Tuve que pagar un taxi por 150 reales para alcanzar al grupo y perdí parte del tour.

Foi maravilhoso, guia super atenciosa, lugar lindo, divertido, pessoas cativantes, lugar acolhedor. Encantada.

Beaucoup de route 3 heures aller et 3 heures retour pour un tour en mer de 2 h 30. Sur un bateau avec de la musique à tue tête. Dommage car Buzios est un très bel ebdroit

We were picked up at the time everything very nice and within expectations. The boat was comfortable and the attention of its crew impeccable. The Mood very cheerful on the boat, then we went to a buffet with good food and finally ended up touring the center. The guide inspired a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Highly recommended the tour to Buzios although ideal to go for longer.

Fue más tiempo viajando que la excursión en si. Mucho retraso invertido en esperar pasajeros (1 hora y media buscando gente). Los guías de la goleta no hablaban español solo portugués.

Our experience with the tour and with the travel agency can improve, in terms of punctuality there is no order to guarantee to arrive on time to the place, the weather conditions change day by day the agency has to inform these conditions as you can not enjoy the beach by heavy rains and we could change the date for another day we were not notified.

They came looking for us earlier than indicated, and in the information read nothing special. Service of the bus tour is good, comfortable seats and with seat belt. The guide explained but did not socialize with the tourists. The food was in a buffet restaurant, but there was no fish. Just meat and chicken. At the end of the tour, we were left 3 blocks from the hotel in an area we do not know and in the dark.

Excellent, the guide spoke 3 languages (priscilla) is a long journey, 5 hs approx. How suggestion should you go and stay there a minimum day then come back, because it is much for a single day, although it is BEAUTIFUL, you do not enjoy toooodo!
