Flavio was such a wonderful instructor! He made me feel very at ease and explained his 30+ years of paragliding as well as how he is a teacher for others. He was calm, gave great instruction, and made me feel very comfortable understanding what was expected. The videos came out great!!! Easy to book and great instruction as well. Thank you!!!

What a wonderful experience it was dealing with Rick. Despite my flight being cancelled due to a lack of wind, Rick provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. He saw to it that I received a refund, even when I didn't think I would. When he called to explain the situation, I was amazed by the passion in his voice and his dedication to seeking "justice" for me. It is truly impressive to see someone with such a deep commitment to their job; it felt like he would go to the ends of the earth to make things right. Rick is truly one of a kind. The pilots, Andreia and Flavio, were excellent and the flight was thrilling. Awesome video. Get the 360 version. Conditions were optimal. Were flew during the busy Carnival season, but they still need some help in preflight preparation at the meeting spot. Nicole did not answer our calls. We arrived :30 early and wandered aimlessly asking all the tables if our flight was with them - there are no clues, directions, signs, or insights as to who we were flying. Finally someone came around asking a number of people if they were me. We flew 2.5 hrs after our scheduled time. All in all, we would do it again - you just nees to be patient.

Fabio the pilot was fantastic! Years of experiance and a top instructor. So I felt really safe in his hands. And he was a fun personable guy. Who loved his job. I highly recommend Fabio, this activity and Rio Adventures.

The overall experience was great. I thoroughly enjoyed paragliding. My only issue is that my pilot/tour guide seemed to get kind of snappy and irritated with me very easily. Before taking off, I simply asked him "what should I hold onto during the flight" and he got so annoyed. During the flight he kept yelling at me to "close my legs" - my legs were as closed as they could be. Mid flight I realized what he was really trying to say was CROSS your legs.

Paragliding was the first activity I did when I traveled to Rio. It was an fantastic experience. Andre Tavares (Andrezinho) is a very nice guy, great pilot. He did a great job with the flight, he took great pictures of our flight and the 360 videos were awesome.

This absolutely amazing. The weather was perfect so it took an hour total. Amazing views of the city and awesome experience. 100% a must do! I had Flavio as my guide while my boyfriend had Andres (he didn’t speak much English but took amazing pictures).
